Stars from the soon-to-be-released film When in Rome, Jon Heder and Don Johnson, will take center stage on Raw on Jan. 18 from Knoxville, Tenn. Known mostly from his role as the discomfited and unintentionally humorous main character in Napoleon Dynamite, Heder enjoyed tremendous success this decade in a variety of comedies. Johnson, meanwhile, who became a popular television icon in the 1980s when starring in the hit series Miami Vice, continues to be an admired Hollywood actor. Their new film is set to be released in theaters on Jan. 29.

Mayweather/Pacquiao & Triple H/Batista

Dave Batista is placing his bet again on Pacquiao when the Filipino ring icon and undefeated American superstar Floyd Mayweather face off in a mega bout slated for March 13.

“I think Manny is going to kill him. And I believe that,” the Filipino-Greek Batista said during a press conference Saturday. “Even if I wasn’t a fan, just watching him in the ring, he’s so impressive. He’s in a different league.”

Batista, who stands at 6-foot-6 and weighs 290 pounds, also admits to getting a lot of ribbing from fellow wrestling star and boxing fan Triple H.

“Triple H is kinda tight with Floyd Mayweather so there’s a constant argument with us,” Batista said laughing. “But at the end of the day he knows that I’m right.”...More?

WWE would like to express its deepest condolences to Mr. Fatu’s family, friends and fans on his tragic passing. Mr. Fatu was under contract with WWE at various time periods and most recently performed under the name "Umaga." Mr. Fatu's contract was terminated on June 11, 2009.

Former WWE wrestler Umaga (a/k/a Eddie Fatu) has been hospitalized with a serious medical condition. A friend of the family stated earlier today that rumors of Umaga's death were untrue, yet noted that the situation is serious enough that he is on life support.

Despite his cocky attitude, Dolph Ziggler continues to impress his critics and this week was no different in his bout against in-ring veteran Matt Hardy. As always, Hardy’s “never say die” attitude didn’t make achieving victory easy for the Hollywood, Fla. native, but Ziggler was able to steal a victory. After a series of close calls for both ring warriors, the young Superstar surprisingly caught his veteran opponent off guard when he reversed the Twist of Fate into a backslide for the 1-2-3. Ric Flair Contemplating His Next Move

Let the bidding war begin for pro wrestling's hottest free agent: Ric Flair.

The "Nature Boy" is officially back on the market, having just returned to the ring for the first time since a ballyhooed World Wrestling Entertainment "retirement" in March 2008. The 61-year-old Flair worked main events on a tour of Australia with Hulk Hogan.

Flair said he rekindled an old friendship with Hogan that had frayed when both worked under Eric Bischoff in the now-defunct World Championship Wrestling during the 1990s. "It was great," Flair said Wednesday night shortly after returning stateside. "Everything is good between us now, like nothing ever happened."

The big question now is whether Flair and Hogan will re-create that magic in TNA Wrestling...More?

Professional wrestlers from World Wrestling Entertainment are used to being cheered by thousands of fans, night after night, during their grueling schedules every year in arenas throughout the world.

Seven WWE superstars found themselves receiving the same cheers from the 1st Air Cavalry Brigade, Dec. 2, when they visited Soldiers, here, as part of a WWE Morale, Welfare and Recreation tour, which comes to deployed areas every year since 2003.

The wrestlers, including Mike 'The Miz' Mizanin, Fit Finlay and Mark Henry, signed autographs and posed for photos with 1st ACB Soldiers at the Forward Arming and Refueling Point and the 615th Aviation Support Battalion maintenance hangar to an enthusiastic response...More?
