Shane Helms Agrees to Deal with Lucha Libre USA
Former WCW and WWE star Shane "The Hurricane" Helms announced on his "Highway 2 Helms" podcast on Wednesday night that he has signed a deal with the Lucha Libre USA promotiong on MTV2.
