Senator that defeated Linda McMahon says he is working on "Worker Misclassification" legislation

U.S. Sen. Richard Blumenthal says he's supporting legislation in Washington that would curb the practice of worker misclassification in hopes of creating a level playing field for workers and businesses.

Worker misclassification came up during Blumenthal's 2010 Senate campaign when it was revealed World Wrestling Entertainment was being investigated by the state for possible violations.
