Ring of Honor has issued a press release announcing a partnership with Pro Wrestling NOAH in Japan that will bring Naomichi Marufuji and current GHC Jr. Heavyweight Champion Taiji Ishimori to the Border Wards iPPV on May 4 and the TV tapings held the next day.
