Triple H had an MRI on Monday to rule out a scaphoid fracture in his left wrist. The original injury was suffered in his No Holds Barred match against Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania 29. WWE posted the following on Twitter:
Possible reason @TripleH was late for #Raw. Ruling out scaphoid fracture via MRI.
Hunter was x-rayed in the locker room of MetLife Stadium and the x-rays were negative. He had a lot of swelling in his hand and wrist the next day.
