Justin Credible Arrested Again On Multiple Charges, Mugshot Photo Released, More On Recent Troubles

Former WWE and ECW star Justin Credible has been arrested for the third time this year.

Credible was arrested on Tuesday and charged with multiple charges, including misdemeanor assault, breach of peace, criminal mischief and three charges of violating a protection order, according to Pro Wrestling Sheet. Credible reportedly lives with his family but some of the family members in the home have protection orders against him, in case of an incident. This could be why there are multiple violations of the protection order.

The Connecticut VINE website notes that Credible is currently in custody at the New Haven Correctional Center under a $50,000 bond. Below is the mugshot provided on the website:

As we noted before, Credible was arrested in August and September for various domestic charges, and he spent some time incarcerated. Pro Wrestling Sheet reports that sources say Credible has had multiple run-ins with police since he was last arrested in September.

Credible also allegedly walked away from going to rehab, which was being sponsored by WWE.

Credible continues to film the "CREDIBLE" documentary, which will feature footage of Credible dealing with his recent issues.

Justin Credible Arrested For The Second Time In A Month

Former ECW Champion Justin Credible has been arrested for the second time in a month, for violating a restraining order.

Credible was arrested on Wednesday, with his bond set at $50,000.

This is considerably higher than the $7,500 bond after being arrested last month, for violating a different protective order.

In a statement after his August arrest, Credible promised to do better:

"I promise to my fans, my friends and my family that the man Peter Polaco will never be a negative headline again, and the character Justin Credible still has many great moments left.”

Former WWE Star Justin Credible Currently In Jail

Connecticut state court records show that former WWE and ECW star Justin Credible (Peter Polaco) is currently incarcerated at the New Haven Correctional Center in New Haven, CT.

The 44 year old was arrested on Tuesday, August 14 for Felony Criminal Violation of a Protective Order and Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct. His current status is listed as "unsentenced," but he does have a bond of $7,500. The case status for the August 14 incident is listed as "Awaiting Plea" and the next activity, likely a hearing, is scheduled for Tuesday, September 4 at 10am in Waterbury, CT.

Court records show Credible also has a court date scheduled for Friday, March 29, 2019 for 2017 cases he picked up. It looks like those cases were referred to the "Family Violence" court program and they currently have a status of "Awaiting Disposition/ Referred to Family Relations Officer" listed. Credible was arrested on Friday, March 3, 2017 for Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct and Misdemeanor Threatening 2nd Degree. He was then arrested on Friday, December 1, 2017 for Felony Criminal Violation of a Protective Order, Misdemeanor Breach of Peace 2nd Degree and Misdemeanor Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree. Those two 2017 cases were ran together for the March 29, 2019 court date.

Justin Credible Comments on the WWE Performance Center, More

Justin Credible wrote the following in a blog posted on pwmania.com:

"Another example of the changing wrestling business is the new WWE Performance Center. Great idea in theory, but in my opinion it’s only going to limit how many young Indy wrestlers will ever get a chance at WWE glory unless they are former NFL or college ballers. Only time will tell, but WWE is smart enough to keep all options open."

I find it interesting that the only negative comments I've read about the WPC were from this guy and pwtorch.com. Pwtorch.com never has anything nice to say about Triple H, so their comments didn't surprise me. But there is something strange going on with Justin Credible.

Justin Credible stated in one of his videos that he wanted to get a job with one of the "major wrestling companies". He initially said he wanted to give back and train the new wrestlers. I guess he has given up on that because recently he started a video series on YouTube giving training advice and tips. Now he is saying he is too good to just train and should be on the main roster.

In May of this year. Credible said he turned himself in for a two-year old warrant that resulted from a check he cashed back when he was using drugs. The check belonged to his father and there was a question as to weather he had permission to cash it. He posted a video on YouTube explaining his side. He also stated that he reimbursed the check cashing place and the charges were dropped. According to public court records in Connecticut, he has a court date on June 23rd for a plea deal. The video has since been removed from YouTube.

I think his comments aren't really his opinion about the WPC. If he had been given a job there as a trainer like he originally wanted, he would be singing it's praises.

Justin Credible on first run with WWE, thoughts on Triple H

Justin Credible joined Inside The Ropes last Thursday for the first of a two part interview. Talking about his Aldo Montoya run, here are the highlights:

How he went from jobbing on RAW to getting a contract with the company in 1994:

"I live in Conneticut, I live 45 minutes from WWE headquarters and I was doing jobs (on TV) and one day the office called me and they said “We need you to come down to the office and work out with Mark, Undertaker. We have somebody coming in that’s gonna do a double Undertaker and we need to train him during the week to look like Mark and do his moves.” So basically they paid me $150 a day to go up there and be a crash test dummy for Brian Lee doing the impostor Undertaker. We did it all week and on Friday we did a dress rehearsal with Brian Lee in full Undertaker gear and Mark was sitting there and Vince and Pat Patterson, one of the bookers at the time, came down and saw the entire dress rehearsal and at the end Pat and Vince come up to me and started asking me questions about where I was from, who trained me but the next question they asked me was, what nationality I was. So I told Vince I was portuguese and he said “Ahhh, you’re portuguese, do you speak it?” I told him yeah absolutely and he laughed and said good and that was it. So low and behold I found out later they’d been fixing to do the Aldo Montoya gimmick anyway and they had it written up. So they were looking for a legitimate portuguese kid to come in and do the gimmick and I was just the in the right place at the right time."

Thoughts on Triple H:

"I was there when Hunter came in. I was his first set of matches around the loop. i was real close with Kev, Shawn, Scott and Pac. I remember, in 1996, we weren’t making much money so Hunter and I would share like a $40 room at Red Roof Inns across the country. I knew he had the passion, I knew he had ability. He just wasn’t.....His rise to stardom was very slow for a very long time. He just wasn’t getting over. That thing with the bow and the snob gimmick just was not getting over. The office was trying and trying, he was beating everybody, they were giving him storyline after storyline but the fans just weren’t biting. But Vince kept trying and you know the Kliq thing, the curtain call, Paul went out and he got put in the doghouse. Vince buried him on the road and on TV for almost a full year. For a long time, I didn’t think Paul was gonna get to where he is today that’s for sure. It’s just amazing, time heals all wounds, You know the persistance paid off. He’s a hard working guy, passionate about this business. For that I respect him."
