From WWE.com:
WWE is saddened to learn that Terry Bollea, recognized globally as Legendary WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan, has passed away on July 24 at 71.
One of pop culture’s most recognizable figures, Hogan helped WWE achieve global recognition with the Hulkamania craze of the 1980s and reignited sports-entertainment’s popularity in the 1990s through his leadership of the New World Order in WCW. Whether he was a hero or villain, clad in red and yellow or black and white, The Hulkster was always one of the ring’s most popular and enduring stars.
Hogan abandoned a career in music with his Tampa, Fla.-based band, Ruckus, when he was discovered by WWE Hall of Famers Jack and Gerry Brisco. In 1977, Hogan began training with Hiro Matsuda, who intentionally broke Hogan’s lower leg just to see if he was passionate enough to return to training in the ring or would instead return to playing bass guitar.
A year later on Aug. 10, 1977, Hogan had his first match against B. Brian Blair in Fort Myers, Fla., for Championship Wrestling from Florida. Hogan competed under a mask as Super Destroyer in Florida and then teamed with his friend Ed Leslie (who would become Brutus Beefcake) as brothers Terry and Ed Boulder in Alabama, Tennessee and Georgia. It was after appearing on a local talk show in Memphis with TV’s Incredible Hulk, Lou Ferrigno, that he began calling himself Terry “The Hulk” Boulder because he was so much larger than Ferrigno.
He first appeared in WWE in 1979 and was named Hulk Hogan by Vincent J. McMahon. As a villain, Hogan defeated (the future Million Dollar Man) Ted DiBiase in his first match at Madison Square Garden, challenged Bob Backlund for the WWE Championship, and collided with Andre the Giant eight years before WrestleMania III in August 1980 at New York City’s Shea Stadium.
After appearing in "Rocky III," Hogan spent the next three years competing for Verne Gagne’s AWA and Antonio Inoki’s New Japan Pro Wrestling. Hogan then made the move to WWE where he defeated The Iron Sheik to become to WWE Champion on Jan. 23, 1984, beginning a pop culture craze that would be known as Hulkamania.
For nearly a decade, WWE and Hulkamania’s footprints grew together. WWE expanded to nationally syndicated television, then pay-per-per-view, with Hogan headlining in a litany of classics, including teaming with television’s biggest star, Mr. T, at the first WrestleMania and defeating Andre the Giant in front of more than 93,000 fans at WrestleMania III.
All told, Hulk Hogan racked up an unprecedented five WWE Championships, main-evented WrestleMania eight times, and sold millions of T-shirts, toys and anything else you could imagine bearing the red and yellow before leaving WWE in August 1993.
The Hulkster planned on putting his full-time sports-entertainment days behind him and started a career as a television star on the syndicated “Thunder in Paradise.” However, it wasn’t long until he was drawn into sports-entertainment again, this time by “Nature Boy” Ric Flair and new WCW Executive Producer Eric Bischoff. Using Turner Broadcasting’s budget, Bischoff signed Hogan to a seven-figure, part-time contract. In his debut match, Hogan, with Mr. T in his corner and Shaquille O’Neal at ringside, defeated Flair for the WCW World Heavyweight Championship on the Bash at the Beach pay-per-view in Orlando, Fla.
After two years of dominating his competition, Hogan did the unthinkable when he betrayed both WCW fans and WCW heroes Sting, Lex Luger and Randy Savage by joining The Outsiders, Scott Hall and Kevin Nash, to form the New World Order. The nWo was WCW’s greatest weapon in the Monday Night War pitting WCW’s Nitro against WWE’s Monday Night Raw. During his six years with WCW, Hogan won six WCW World Heavyweight Championships.
Almost one year after the demise of WCW, Hogan, Hall and Nash returned to WWE as the reviled nWo in February 2002. While his third stay in WWE lasted less than two years, Hogan was once again embraced by the WWE Universe during his match against The Rock at WrestleMania X8 and later won his sixth WWE Championship from Triple H at Backlash 2002.
In 2005, The Hulkster was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame by his Rocky III co-star and friend, Sylvester Stallone, and appeared at WrestleMania 21 the following night.
In 2014, The Hulkster again returned to WWE and was the host of WrestleMania 30. The historic event began with Hogan, The Rock and “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, arguably the three most famous sports-entertainers of all time, together in the ring to the delight of more than 75,000 WWE fans from all 50 states and 37 countries at New Orleans’ Mercedes-Benz Superdome, with millions more watching the first WrestleMania to air live on WWE Network.
There are few names more synonymous with sports-entertainment than Hulk Hogan, as the larger-than-life icon was a central figure in WWE’s rise from a regional attraction to the worldwide entertainment leader. The Hulkster’s superhuman size and undeniable charisma helped him reach heights once unthinkable in sports and entertainment, as Hogan packed 93,173 fans into the Pontiac Silverdome for WrestleMania III, won six WWE Championships, starred in movies and set the standard for what a WWE Superstar could be.
WWE extends its condolences to Bollea’s family, friends and fans.WWE is saddened to learn that Terry Bollea, recognized globally as Legendary WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan, has passed away on July 24 at 71.

WWE Responds To Dave Palumbo's Comments About Their Drug Policy
Last week, Dave Palumbo, who handles the nutrition and supplementation for Paul "Triple H" Levesque, made comments on an episode of Matt Riviera's podcast that the WWE's drug policy allows for use of Hormone Replacement therapy (shooting testosterone) as well as HCG and HGH.
The actual quote in question was, "They're allowed to take hormone replacement. They can go to an HRT place and get testosterone replacement, 100 mg a week, whatever they prescribe nowadays," said Palumbo, a former well-known competitive bodybuilder. "Those are acceptable. A lot of the wrestlers do it, and it's not for me to say whose using what, but they're very minimal doses."
Today, WWE responded to the comments that Palumbo made by saying that he was misinformed on the subject and the drug policy does not allow for use of those substances unless an endocrinologist and the WWE's medical staff approved of it for legitimate medical need.

WWE Superstar Announced For Arnold Sports Festival Competition, WWE Experience - Arnold Note
Dana Brooke, under her real name Ashley Sebera, has been announced for the Fitness International competition at The 2017 Arnold Sports Festival on Friday, March 3rd in Columbus, Ohio.
Dana earned her International Federation of BodyBuilding & Fitness pro card in 2012 and won several National Physique Committee championships before signing with WWE. This isn't her first Arnold competition as she placed 12th at the 2013 European Arnold Classic and placed 13th at the 2015 Arnold Sports Festival.
On a related note, the official Arnold Sports Twitter account noted today that they do not have WWE on the schedule at this time. WWE has had a presence at The Arnold for a few years now and after Triple H appeared with WWE Hall of Famer Arnold Schwarzenegger earlier this year for a Q&A, it was reported that WWE would continue to work the festival. This year's "WWE Experience" at The Arnold was considered to be a success.

The Game-Changer: Triple H Is On Top of the World
On paper, Paul Levesque appears to be just another busy businessman with a family living in the burbs. He’s 46 years old, wears a suit to the office, works late hours, lives in Connecticut, and is happily married with three kids. He even finds the time to exercise. But Levesque isn’t your ordinary paper-pushing number cruncher. At 6'4", 255 pounds, he’s kind of a big deal—literally—that’s because Levesque, World Wrestling Entertainment’s Executive Vice President of Talent, Live Events & Creative, is also Triple H, former WWE World Heavyweight Champion. We spoke with the King of Kings covering topics that include his upcoming title bout, dealing with prematch jitters, his family life, retirement, and craving macaroni and cheese. Vince McMahon is such a BEAST in the gym, even his own musclebound son-in-law refuses to hit the weights with the guy ... telling TMZ Sports, "He's too crazy."
We got Triple H and his wife Steph McMahon out in NYC -- and we asked 'em about their famous midnight workouts ... and how the hell they muster up the energy to train that late at night!!
That's when we brought up 70-year-old Vince -- who's legendary for crushing it in the gym -- and Triple H told us the rumors are true ... the guy is an absolute "machine."

Muscle & Fitness Reveals Details On Vince McMahon's Workouts
Muscle & Fitness posted a new article looking at Vince McMahon's workouts. It was noted that Vince trains up to 7 days a week, sometimes doing 2 sessions per day if he knows he may miss a session due to the schedule he keeps.
Vince rotates through a split of chest, arms, legs, shoulders and back, which is his favorite body part to train and his strongest. After completing a body part, Vince goes on to a CrossFit-inspired workout with battling rope slams, sled drags, sledgehammmer swings and sprints. He then does a series of ab exercises and spends a total of around 90 minutes working out. Vince's workout partner and trainer Mike Monteforte commented:
"He has unbelievable strength in his back."

WWE Reported To Make Significant Investment Into Tapout Brand, Details On Plans To Rebrand The Apparel Company
PWInsider.com is reporting WWE is making a financial investment into Tapout, essentially branding it as a fitness leader that is not ‘just’ a WWE related brand.
Reports state WWE is making a significant push to partner with the company by opening Tapout fitness centers across the country, which would bring WWE a new source of non-wrestling revenue. The idea presented would have WWE Superstars make appearances in Tapout centers in their hometown, and would even help with classes and give fitness tips instead of a typical promotional appearance.
WWE will plan to open locations in major cities such as New York, Houston, Los Angeles and Las Vegas, in addition to Portland, Phoenix, among others.

Triple H on How He Balances Both Jobs on WrestleMania Night, Ring Rust, Getting Back In the Ring
Triple H recently spoke with USA Today's For The Win blog to promote his match with Sting at WWE's WrestleMania 31. The full interview is available at this link. Below are highlights:
FTW: How hard is it to wrestle a match after such a long layoff, especially considering your WrestleMania matches are typically half an hour long. What do you do to shake off the ring rust?
Triple H: I got in the ring for the first time the other day and fell down for the first time and it felt like my body exploded when I landed. It takes a little bit. You can train, but its one of those things where ‘experts’ of our business that have never done it will say ‘oh if they gave guys time off it would be better for them’ or whatever, but it’s honestly, having done this for 20 plus years — time off is your worst enemy. It really is, it makes it so much harder to do this.
When you’re doing it all the time it’s like a callus, you’re doing it and it doesn’t bother you. You’re functioning and you can do it every night. when you haven’t done it, getting in there and doing the simplest thing, you’re like ‘oh my God, why am I doing this again?’ You’ve got to get yourself back in the process of getting back in the ring, and the hardest [part] of doing that is… it’s easy to go through that stuff when you’ve got 80,000 people screaming at you, it’s not so easy when you’re in a warehouse with a ring set up all by yourself. It hurts a whole lot more.
FTW: When did you start training for your match with Sting?
Triple H: Well I train all year round. One of the things I found, five years ago or so, I needed to make my training more functional. So I train with Joe DeFranco, Joe’s known as kind of the combine killer for guys in the NFL. I train with Joe and he keeps me in pretty good shape. I’m a gym rat anyway so I like doing that, but once WrestleMania comes around, whether I know I’m going to be working or not working — which every year I have been, but I never really know until it comes closer. I usually start around 16 weeks out, so somewhere around the holidays or right before the holidays I start really tightening up my diet and gearing myself up towards getting back in the ring.
FTW: On the night of WrestleMania, how do you balance preparing and performing in your own match with all the other work you do behind the scenes as an executive?
Triple H: That is the hardest part. WrestleMania week for me, logistically, from an executive to a talent standpoint is crazy I did a DVD a couple of years ago called Thy Kingdom Come and they documented a little bit of it. It’s literally like one minute I’m speaking at a business partner summit, where I’m speaking to our business partners from all over the globe as an executive talking about all the things that we’re doing, and literally coming off stage, changing my clothes as fast I can to jeans and a leather jacket because I have to go do an autograph signing.
They drive me over there with a police escort, I’m eating on the way, I’m signing autographs for two hours and meeting the fans and having to be on as a performer, finishing that and running backstage, changing in the car while I’m on my way to go have a meeting with a bunch of international clients. And that’s all while my department itself, talent relations, completely controls everything WrestleMania from a talent standpoint. Which, we just did the numbers this year today and I think we’re at like 850 appearances and we’re still almost five weeks out. Logistically, trying to get talent to 850 appearances, probably close to 1,000 by Mania over the course of that week. Usually if we do our jobs well nobody’s late, nobody misses an appearance. But it’s just… insanity. That’s the best way to describe that week for me.
