It is also expected that we will see the return of Triple H live on next week’s edition of RAW.

Family trying to cope as Benoit's body cremated
The body of wrestler Chris Benoit has been cremated, according to his father.
Speaking from his Sherwood Park home yesterday, Michael Benoit wouldn't confirm whether his son's ashes are now in the Edmonton area, nor would he say what the family intends to do with the remains.
Contrary to a posting on a website, Michael said his son's organs were not harvested for medical use. He said it's unfortunate, but Chris's organs weren't viable for donation.
The 40-year-old WWE wrestler killed his wife Nancy and seven-year-old son Daniel before hanging himself at his Fayetteville, Ga., home June 24.
Michael told Sun Media the family is still coming to terms with the tragic deaths...More?

In the days since eco-vandals smashed and gashed his Hummer, Gareth Groves has become a reluctant symbol.
Carbon-neutral zealots have called him a narcissist, a polluter, a small man. "If you want to drive a Hummer, go to Iraq," one detractor told the 32-year-old District resident.
Others, including Hummer enthusiasts and people annoyed by what they see as self-righteous environmentalism, have offered sympathy, support, even space in their garage for the crippled H2...More?
Bob Arum Goes On Rant About Steroid Use In The UFC
Bob Arum was a guest on FOX Sports Radio out of Las Vegas recently and was quite outspoken towards the UFC and company president Dana White in particular.
Arum went on a big rant about steroids in UFC saying, "I'm not a pharmacologist so I'm not qualified for the UFC. There's more steroids and drugs in the UFC than the Tour de France. They'd better clean up their act. Because I don't care if I am 110, it's disgraceful to be involved in a so-called sport where every other athlete is using prohibited drugs."..More?
Zuffa Cracking Down Legally On Use Of 'Octagon'
Zuffa, LLC, owner of the Ultimate Fighting Championship® (UFC®) organization, announced today that the United States District Court for the Central District of California issued an Order granting Zuffa’s Motion for Summary Judgment regarding Federal claims of Trademark Infringement and Unfair Competition against Total Fighting Alliance (“TFA”) and Todd Meacham Promotions.
The Court also issued a permanent injunction against TFA prohibiting TFA from any use of the Octagon™ competition mat, the Octagon™ cage and/or the Octagon™ logo in promoting mixed martial arts events, its website or merchandise. The Court found as a matter of law that the octagonal-shaped competition mat and fighting enclosure are distinctive trademarks and trade dress, have acquired secondary meaning and are inextricably linked with Zuffa and the UFC brand in the marketplace...More?

TNA - Issues with YouTube & Shipping Merchandise
TNA has removed their videos from YouTube. TNA partnered with YouTube without the consent of Spike and now that TNA Clips are becoming more viewed on the net, it can be assumed it is hurting the Broadcast of the TNA on Spike. Also, Spike maybe pulling the plug due to talks of TNA leaving the network. Some footage can be seen on the Spike TV website but it's through their own broadcast tools and not run through YouTube.
TNA has had several problems with shipping their merchandise to their fans. One of their fans, Brandon Myers, never received items that he paid for. After numerous ignored emails and phone calls, he contacted the Middle Tennessee Better Business Bureau. Within a month he received a check for a refund and an apology. If anyone else mentions a problem, that's a good way to go: www.gobbb.org/index.html. They are listed as TNA Entertainment and have a few other complaints against them as well.
