...The fact of the matter is that once you capture a World Title, you’re on a level very few have reached. Triple H did that 10 times. Add to that his countless other accomplishments – founding member of DX, Royal Rumble winner, Evolution. Heck, the guy is also a King of the Ring winner, let’s not forget that. Roll all that up into one, and you have The King of Kings...More?

Jerry Lawler on The Game
Q&A with Queen Sharmell
Sharmell Sullivan-Huffman has described herself as “nerdy” and a “shy bookworm” during her high school days, but she certainly came out of her shell later. She went on to become Miss Black America while at Spelman College in Atlanta (where she earned a degree in mathematics) before embarking on a career as a professional dancer. After touring with artists such as James Brown and Keith Sweat, she made her way into the wrestling industry as a member of the Nitro Girls in WCW.
Now, as Queen Sharmell, she is one half of WWE’s royal couple along with her husband King Booker (Booker Huffman). I spoke with her in a telephone interview yesterday...More?

Levesque battles back into ring
John Cena and Randy Orton are battling in SummerSlam's main event, but there's no question who the real headliner of Sunday's World Wrestling Entertainment pay-per- view show is.
Paul "Triple H" Levesque will appear in a WWE ring against King Booker for the first time since tearing his right quadriceps during January's New Year's Revolution pay-per-view show. WWE has wisely kept Levesque off television to build excitement about his return, which should help make this one of the promotion's most successful pay-per-view ventures of 2007...More?

Open Scoring to Save Boxing?
My plan to resuscitate boxing is so simple and so certain to work that nobody will believe I came up with it.

Professor Wrestling: 'SummerSlam' Preview
Kevin Nash Interview
Wade Keller recently interviewed Kevin Nash on the fallout of the Benoit tragedy. Here are some of the highlights:
Nash thought that WWE were taking a big chance with the tribute show in case Benoit was involved. He said the decision was made on emotion and not logic and that it was more to help the guys than for a tribute show for the fans.
He said the original drugs testing policy worked very well in the early 90's, stating that you could be tested twice in one day. He attributes his success to being the biggest guy in the company in the 93-96 years who wasn't on steroids.
Nash revealed that he took steroids long before wrestling when he used to get teased for being a weedy basketball player. He said that during wrestling he only took steroids when he blew his knees and quads to aid recovery...More?
