The following is from Shad's MySpace.com page:
Hi every one this is my first BLOG so bear with me, I'm not a computer guy. I figured this was the best whey to answer everyone's questions and give credible answers to the situation involving me and J. First I want to say thank you to WWE and all the talent in & out of the ring (Superstars, Divas, Agents, Production, Creative, Referees, Office, OVW, and more) for giving me the opportunity to follow my dreams and helping to mold and guide me in the right directions. I also would like to apologize to anyone I have hurt or disrespected. I am truly sorry...More?

Cryme Tyme's Shad Speaks On Their Release From WWE
Wrestling Media Update
In the 9/10 National Enquirer, there is a claim that Chris Benoit had a six month relationship with a female wrestler in Edmonton in 1986, which resulted in the birth of a daughter. According to the story, Benoit never denied he was the father, and now the mother and daughter want to claim part of Benoit's estate.
HBO dropped the idea of doing a follow up story to their 2003, even though the network plugged the piece on air. We previously noted that HBO had wanted to interview Konnan, but got cold feet when TNA forwarded a letter from Konnan. Hulk Hogan was contacted about an interview, but he turned them down. Vince McMahon also wasn't interested in talking with HBO.
NBC is working on a piece for a special one hour "Dateline." The piece may focus on the Benoit tragedy, but that could change.

UFC Fires Babalu, Now Nevada State Athletic Commission Must Act
The Ultimate Fighting Championship has fired Renato "Babalu" Sobral for his actions at UFC 74, holding onto his choke hold even after his opponent, David Heath, tapped out.
But while Babalu issued a statement saying he was sorry for the damage he did to the sport of mixed martial arts, this shouldn't be over just yet. The Nevada State Athletic Commission should impose a long suspension on Babalu, preventing him from fighting with other mixed martial arts organizations. Unfortunately, NSAC executive director Keith Kizer indicates that won't happen...More?

Another Missed Opportunity for Ken Kennedy
**Spoiler***
Despite weeks of speculation that Mr. Kennedy would be Vince's child -- it was revealed that Ken Kennedy is NOT Vince's bastard child!
We're told that Ken Kennedy absolutely was booked to be Vince's bastard, but his suspension (for his connection to a corrupt Internet pharmacy) has lead WWE to change direction on yet another Vince McMahon angle.
This is a very tough break for Mr. Kennedy. First he was scheduled to win the SmackDown! Heavyweight Title and suffered a bad injury that left him sidelined for months and those plans had to be changed. Now, just as he was about to be the center of a major storyline that would have catapulted into true main event status. Unfortunately for Kennedy, he pulled the rug out from under himself this time.

Rep. Cliff Stearns tightens grip on WWE over steroids
By moving to suspend 10 of its performers for possible steroid violations Thursday, the WWE proved one thing: "The WWE does not have a drug policy that's worth a flip," U.S. Rep. Cliff Stearns (R-Fla.) told the Daily News yesterday. "Because the WWE didn't catch them, the district attorney in (Albany) New York investigated and found them."...More?

Update on Triple H's Backstage Speech
There was a talent meeting backstage before the SmackDown/ECW tapings. When the meeting concluded, Triple H reportedly addressed all wrestlers with a speech saying that he knows many people probably feel they are in a horrible business and are questioning why they would still want to be involved. He "reminded" the wrestlers that they have a dream job where they get to make children happy and get to live out their dreams of being involved in a business they all grew up loving. Triple H reportedly said he was proud to be a pro wrestler and that the entire business, not just WWE, was under fire and that it was up to the boys to "stick together and work through it.

Top WWE Star Claiming He Wants to Sue the Media
During the meeting before the ECW/SmackDown! tapings yesterday, Batista asked Stephanie McMahon what he could do legally about his name being included in the recent media reports, citing publicly in front of the crew that he had never received anything from the online pharmacy companies. Stephanie told him that was an issue he and his attorneys should look into, also mentioning that she was under the impression he was already doing that (which would mean a civil lawsuit seeking damages).
Batista claims that there was no connection between him and the pharmacies and he is very upset at Sports Illustrated and other media outlets for reporting his name.

Kaliqo's Commentary
Jim Ross has an excellent commentary on his blog concerning the doping scandal. You can read it here. My response is below:
Your commentary was great. Hopefully this will be enough to bring the wrestlers in compliance with the Wellness Program. I am dreading the coming week with the "mainstream media". I know they cannot wait to drag out former wrestlers to discuss a company they either never worked for or haven't worked for in years.
Isn't it interesting that the NFL suspensions linked to the same pharmacy hasn't generated the same attention?
I hope that some of the wrestlers will use this as an opportunity to step up and shine.
As usual, looking forward to Raw.
Benoit's mental state questioned at estate hearing
The father of professional wrestler Chris Benoit could be trying to make sure two grandchildren inherit his son's estate, suggesting Tuesday that Benoit had "diminished capacity" when he murdered his family and took his own life at their Fayetteville home.
Attorneys for Michael Benoit said that would mean that Georgia's "slayer's statute" that prohibits a killer or his heirs from profiting from the crime would not apply in this case....More?
