Triple H/Vince Promo from Raw
Ten worst athletes-turned-entertainers
1) Shaquille O'Neal
2) Joe Namath
3) Mitch Gaylord
4) Magic Johnson
5) Wilt Chamberlain
6) Lyle Alzado
7) Dennis Rodman
8) Brian Bosworth
9) Jack McDowell
10) Hulk Hogan
The Hulkster is a great American success story, except for the part about steroids. But his movie work fell short. There seemed to be some hope for him after he appeared as the fabulous "Thunderlips" in Rocky III, but then came "Suburban Commando" . . . "Thunder in Paradise". . . "Mr. Nanny" . . . "Santa With Muscles" . . . "Muppets from Space" . . . and lots of derisive reviews from the critics.
He is rallying with the reality show "Hogan Knows Best" on VH1. Watching an over-the-hill pro wrestler guide his attractive daughter to Britney Spears-like breakout (without the substance abuse, head-shaving and mom slapping) has made for some decent TV.

Trip-Up Time
...Popular opinion dictates the most polished ear-bender of the present day is Triple H. Married to the boss’s daughter, the 10-time champ cannot shake off the accusations that his political manoeuvres backstage have furthered his career more than the patented Pedigree, or spine-buster ever have.
It’s not that simple if you ask me. As Trip told FT in his first and only British interview in years, he couldn’t give a toss about the tongue-lashing he receives. After all, he was widely regarded as the best wrestler going before he married Steph. But he’s hardly helping himself since he returned from injury at Summerslam...More?

The Game that Never Ends
Why can’t Mr. McMahon and Triple H just get along?
These two have been at each other’s throats on-and-off for eight years now. They have been allies and even in-laws. But for the most part, the Chairman and The Cerebral Assassin have been mortal enemies, playing a never-ending game of one-upmanship – with another round in their duel set to take place in a one-on-one match Monday on Raw.
And though their showdown is days away, Triple H already suggests little will be settled between them on Monday – or maybe ever...More?

The Rock Comments on Mixed Martial Arts
...Well, I think that there is still great boxing out there, and there are fights coming up that I look forward to seeing. But mixed martial arts is just phenomenal. It is so hot, and it's clear to me why it's so popular. I have a ton of love and respect for those guys. I've become friends with a bunch of those guys and they have my support. I think mixed martial arts requires an amazing athleticism, and those guys must put together a strategy and a game plan every single time they go out and fight because it's not one-dimensional, it's not so predictable. On any given day, the greatest can go down. I think it's really exciting to see the success that MMA is having right now. Everything that that sport provides and all the attention that people are diverting to that entity right now is well-deserved, and it's -- well, it's a big deal and I'm excited about it...More?

Matt Hughes Comments on the WWE
Hughes commented on how big UFC was right now in the United States, “Once we took over boxing and the WWE I was content, because I really thought we’re better sports than them, and now we’re on top of them I’m happy.”
While UFC is killing both boxing and WWE on pay-per-view annually, WWE kills UFC in overall revenue; this is largely in part due to the fact that WWE has so many different revenue streams that are not available in UFC. WWE also beats UFC in television ratings. Regarding boxing, Floyd Mayweather vs. Oscar De La Hoya doubled anything on PPV that UFC will do this year.
'Facebook Suicide' Only Way Out for Some Web Addicts
Stephanie Painter's death was swift and painless.
At 9:10 p.m. on Feb. 11, she bid her 121 Facebook friends goodbye with one last "poke" (mood: sorrowful), then left the virtual world peacefully with a quick click of the mouse.
"It was hard to kill the profile I'd spent so long creating, but I felt it was the only way out," said Painter, 27, a personal assistant from West London. "Facebook was damaging my relationship with my boyfriend to such an extent that if I hadn't done it, we wouldn't be together now."...More?
