What caused Chris Benoit to do the unspeakable, killing his young son, his wife and eventually himself on a tragic Atlanta weekend less than eight months ago?
Was it depression? Steroid rage? A cocktail combination of pills, drugs and untreated concussions? Or all of the above?
Tomorrow night, on the excellent investigative series The Fifth Estate, the life and death of the Canadian wrestler, Benoit -- along with the convoluted and troubled life of so many of his professional wrestling colleagues -- is examined by former Canadian Football League player turned reporter Bob McKeown...More?

Hunter's Family Emergency
As mentioned last night on Raw, HHH missed the show and follow up taping due to a family emergency. He never came to the building last night due to this. Most feel that knowing HHH it had to be a serious situation as he not only missed Raw, but the taping for the go home show. HHH is of course in one of the Elimination Chamber matches at No Way Out. There is a possibility that a promo shot at WWE studios could be added into next weeks show.
Next week's Raw was taped due to WWE's tour of Alaska, South Korea and Japan. WWE did not want to tape Raw overseas and transmit it back via satellite next week. There is no word if HHH's emergency will keep him off of the tour.

This Day in Wrestling History
Vince McMahon announced the XFL (eXtreme Football League) on February 3, 2000.
Anamorph Movie Trailer
This movie is produced by Marissa McMahon:
Detective Stan Aubray is brought back into investigative work to solve a series of murders similar in style to those of a serial killer he thought he put away in the past.. Shaping each crime scene and its victim to resemble a unique painting technique, where images are reflected and reversed, the killer taunts Aubray, evoking memories from the earlier case. As the elusive killer peels away the layers of Aubray’s life, an alternate version of the detective’s own history is eerily revealed, and doubts surface as to what really happened years earlier.

Revisiting the glory days of Georgia Championship Wrestling
Atlanta changes before our eyes every day—especially in the sports world. Landmarks like the Omni, Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium and old Ponce de Leon Park live on only in pictures, and icons are quickly forgotten as time marches on.
However, one of those Atlanta icons worth remembering is Georgia Championship Wrestling.
Originating from the old TBS studios on Techwood Drive, “Georgia Championship Wrestling”—which later, after a series of business deals and reversals, morphed into “World Championship Wrestling”—first hit the airwaves in 1972, when a fledgling local television station (WTCG, later renamed WTBS) needed programming...More?

Frank Mir def. Brock Lesnar via Submission
Kurt Angle and The Undertaker were both shown on screen with name labels to the live and PPV audience as both fighters were in the cage before the introductions. Now they just showed "Stone Cold" Steve Austin with a beer in his hand. Crowd cheered big for Austin. Bruce Buffer announces, with great passion, "the former WWE superstar - Brock Lesnar!" Now Sable is shown on screen. And it's time for round one. Lesnar immediately takes Mir down and has half guard. Lesnar is throwing short punches with furry. Ref breaks the two - apparently Lesnar loses a point for hitting Mir in the back of the head. No warning before the point deduction. Restart on the feet and Lesnar drops Mir with a big punch to the face. Lesnar goes berzerk on the ground with punches. Mir slaps on an armbar, but Lesnar escapes. Lesnar stands up and Mir grabs a leg and locks in a leg lock - Lesnar taps out!
Fight ends at 1:30 in Round 1.
