Hunter Back on the Road

Triple H is back on the road with WWE following the death of his brother-in-law. He worked yesterday and today in Tokyo, Japan. The Game worked with Shawn Michaels to defeat William Regal and Umaga at yesterday’s show at Differ Ariake and defeated Umaga in a no disqualification bout at today’s show at Budokan Hall.

Benoit Murder Case Closed

The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia says it has closed its investigation of the killings at pro wrestler Chris Benoit’s home last June.

The department says that investigators stand by the initial conclusion that the Canadian-born Benoit killed his wife and seven-year-old son and then himself in their suburban Atlanta home. A statement issued by the Sheriff’s office today said there is no evidence that anyone else was involved...More?

Busch, Stewart put on probation after wrecks

NASCAR placed drivers Kurt Busch and Tony Stewart on probation for six races Tuesday, beginning with the Daytona 500.

WWE® Reports 2007 Fourth Quarter Results

World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE:WWE) today announced financial results for its fourth quarter ended December 31, 2007. Revenues totaled $132.6 million as compared to $107.6 million in the prior year quarter while operating income was $24.7 million as compared to $17.5 million in the prior year quarter. Rocker says he failed MLB drug test in 2000

John Rocker claims he flunked a drug test ordered by Major League Baseball in 2000 and that he, Alex Rodriguez and other Texas Rangers were advised by management and union doctors following a spring training lecture on how to effectively use steroids.

"Bud Selig knew in the year 2000 John Rocker was taking the juice," the former pitcher said Monday of the baseball commissioner on Atlanta radio station 680. "Didn't do anything about it."...More?

Sean Waltman Attempts Suicide

Juventud Guerrera was the guest on the In Your Head show hosted by Jack, One Inch Biceps, Barbie Richards and guest co-host IYH Fan El Santo Loco at www.inyourheadonline.com.

During the interview, Juvi said that Sean Waltman recently got depressed and tried to commit suicide in Mexico. He is in the US now being taken care of. Juvi visited him the night before and he is doing well.

Zednik recovering after massive blood loss

Florida Panthers forward Richard Zednik required lifesaving surgery after severing his carotid artery, his agent told The Associated Press on Monday.

Zednik had surgery Sunday night and was in stable condition at a Buffalo hospital after losing a significant amount of blood during the game at Buffalo earlier in the day, agent David Schatia said. Mick Foley: I know my role

When you look at the grapplers who revolutionised the wrestling business in the mid to late 1990s, they have taken very different paths since the end of the Attitude Era.

The Undertaker and Triple H are still at the very top and set to headline WrestleMania, Stone Cold Steve Austin comes back around once a year for a monster ovation and The Rock has left the WWE behind totally to become an A-list Hollywood star.

Of them all, only Mick Foley is happy to keep wrestling in a much more lowly role than he once enjoyed...More?

Former WWE and TNA star "Razor Ramon" Scott Hall has apparently taken up WWE's rehab offer. Apparently, Hall had a recent breakdown in Puerto Rico. He then decided to take up WWE's offer.

Ron 'Farooq' Simmons recently took up WWE's rehab offer as well according to Dave Meltzer. Simmons is currently staying at a rehab center in Atlanta.
