WWE.com Launches "Industry News" Section
In an interesting turn of events, WWE.com's website has added a section called "Industry News" which is collecting reprints of not just WWE articles, but newspaper stories about WWE talent, and even news from independent wrestling websites. They even have an article about upcoming dates for TNA live events, including April's TNA Lockdown PPV - complete with the PPV's pre-sale password.

Following the statement issued by Vince McMahon, Rep. Lee Terry, who already spoke out on McMahon on Tuesday, Feb. 29, continued in the same mindset saying that McMahon’s excuse was “hollow” and that wrestling’s issue with steroids might be bigger as the “entertainment factor is that they are physically huge freaks…” A WWE spokesman, Gary Davis, replied to the statement, saying that Terry’s comment on wrestlers was a stereotype, and that WWE tests their stars throughout the year for their own well-being, as there is little need for an edge in fixed competition.
