April is Autism Awareness month and TNA Wrestling will be donating a portion of all ShopTNA proceeds this month to benefit Autism research. In addition, the superstars of Total Nonstop Action Wrestling will be auctioned off for charity at Hermie Sadler's UWF live events on May 1 and 2 in Virginia.
With this unique opportunity, fans can bid to manage TNA superstars Samoa Joe, The Motor City Machineguns, ODB, "Cowboy" James Storm and Shark Boy. Fans can also bid to be the guest ring announcers for a match.
All the proceeds will benefit The Hermie Sadler & Elliott Sadler Foundation, which since 2001 has donated nearly $500,000 to various Autism Awareness causes. TNA Wrestling will be presenting a check from the proceeds collected in April to The Hermie and Elliott Sadler Foundation that will benefit various Autism initiatives...More?

WWE helps Microsoft make up for mistake
After accidentally removing WWE Superstars’ signatures from a 9-year-old boy’s XBox game console that he sent in for repairs, Microsoft officials contacted WWE in an attempt to work something out, reports the Nottingham Evening Post on April 7. The outcome is more than the boy could have ever hoped for. He and his mother will now receive another chance to meet with the Superstars and to get the console resigned at a WWE live event at the Nottingham Arena on April 13.

Time is now for John Cena to turn heel
In the television listings today, the teaser for tonight’s Raw says: “After WrestleMania, what’s next for John Cena, Triple H and champion Randy Orton?”
I’m so glad they asked.
For Triple H and Orton, I think a title match between the two at the Backlash pay-per-view on April 27 in Baltimore would be in order. As for Cena, I would suggest something a little more dramatic.
It’s time for WWE to finally give in to the humanoids and turn Cena heel...More?

House defeats bill tightening wrestling
The House body slammed a bill aimed at tightening regulation of professional wrestling in Georgia. By a 105-57 vote, the House killed Senate Bill 413, which would have eliminated the exemption that has spared World Wrestling Entertainment from state regulations and would also subject performers to random drug tests.
Rep. Jim Cole (R-Forsyth) argued that the bill protects "the health, welfare and safety of performers and fans." But the House disagreed.
The WWE, the top professional wrestling circuit, is exempt from state regulation because of a 2005 statute that excludes all organizations with assets of more than $25 million...More?
