Kaliqo's One Night Stand Picks

I am not a fan of ECW. Never have been. I think that McMahon should have left ECW as just a pay per view. The only match I am really interested in is Hunter's match; therefore, I am only listing my picks for his match and a few others that sound interesting:

'I Quit' Match: Melina vs. Beth Phoenix
Love Beth Phoenix. How can you not love a pretty woman that can wrestle? I think she will make quick work of Melina.

Stretcher Match: Batista vs. Shawn Michaels
Here is another opportunity for Shawn Michaels to make Batista look good. Shawn will do all the work and Batista will get the win.

Heavyweight Championship Match: Undertaker vs. Edge
The stipulation on this match is that The Undertaker will be banned from the WWE if he loses. I don't foresee that happening, although a "Tables, Ladders and Chairs" match is right up Edge's alley. Maybe The Undertaker is looking for some time off? I'm going to go with The Deadman to win.

WWE Championship Match: Triple H (c) vs. Randy Orton
The problem with this match is that we have seen it many times before. Hopefully the upcoming draft and moving the ECW tapings to the Raw schedule will bring some fresh opponents for Hunter. This is a glaring example of why the brand split needs to end. Triple H will retain.

More Triple H Thor Rumors - Matthew Vaughn Out as Director

Marvel’s new in-house production company is riding high with the success of Iron Man—and if the film’s post-credits sequence (as well as reports of an Avengers-heavy release schedule) are any indication, the Marvel Universe is going to become a coherent big-screen milieu of some sort in the coming years. Too bad Matthew Vaughn won’t be part of it: The Layer Cake and Stardust director was officially attached to Marvel Studios’ upcoming Thor last August, but Vaughn’s holding deal expired in December—and now the studio will be looking for a new director as soon as screenwriter Mark Protosevich finishes the script...More?

Since Matthew Vaughn was against casting Hunter in the role of Thor, he may still be in the running.
