One of the great things that the WWE is doing with all of their new young titleholders is that these performers aren't being shoved down our throats. They aren't telling the fans "Here's your champions. Root for them, because you better get used to them." Quite the contrary.
This is not a case of the WWE giving a wrestler a belt, along with a top spot, before they are ready for it. There should be no "Die Rocky Die" chants. First of all, the belts do not mean as much as they did ten to twelve years ago. The WWE is using the belts to give these people a rub, to give them some legitimacy due to what the belts once represented...More?

Mizanin's first exposure on television came when he was when he was cast in the 10th season of MTV's The Real World. dubbed "Back to New York" in 2001. Subsequently, he appeared on five seasons of Real World/Road Rules Challenge, as well as five other reality-based game shows on MTV, among other projects. Mizanin says he doesn't keep in touch with too many of his old MTV co-stars, but says that MTV and Bunim/Murray Productions, the group behind The Real World, have been great to him.
