Mike Sanders and Christopher Klucsarits (Kanyon) are the other two plaintiffs along with Scott Levy (Raven) challenging the independent contractor status of WWE wrestlers.
The three have filed the lawsuit on behalf of themselves and "all other similarly-situated individuals". The WWE have requested and received an extension until September 29th, 2008 to respond.

Update on Raven's lawsuit against the WWE
Kimbo Slice or Brock Lesnar?
Here's the question, Kimbo Slice or Brock Lesnar? Which one is going to be the better Mixed Martial Artist? I love how everyone is so quick to jump on or off either fighter's bandwagon. Why is it that some MMA fans want to bring these guys down? They are both great for the sport. They absolutely come from different backgrounds with varying credentials, but most certainly they both do one of the most important things any fighter out there today needs to be able to do. They put peoples butts in seats!...More?

SmackDown/ECW House Show Highlights - Canton, PA
Main Event. The Great Khali and MVP vs Triple H(THE Biggest pop of the night!!!) and The Undertaker (a body chilling pop forth biggest behind Hardys and Triple H)
MVP and HHH started. HHH and Taker dominated the first part then MVP and Khali took over. They worked HHH for a bit until he makes a tag. Taker clean house hits old school but then misses a charge in the corrner on MVP then Khali comes in and works on Taker. MVP comes in to try and work Taker but then Taker fights back tries for snakeeyes but MVP counters. A double closeline happens. A hot tag to HHH. Khali gets tied up in the ropes MVP tries to cheap shot HHH but he hits a spinebuster. Tries to hit a pedigree on MVP but Khali blocks. Taker then comes in and sets up MVP for a chokeslam while HHH right next to him in the ring HHH hits a pedigree on Khali for the win. After the match HHH and Taker pose. Takers theme hits and HHH watches Taker leave while clappng. HHH theme hits and he panders to the crowd to cheer louder. Slaps hand all around the ring and leaves. They worked well together and the crowed loved them as a team...More?

50 Dumbest Moments in Wrestling
28. GOLDBERG PLAYS THE GAME…BADLY
From the “He knows it’s all fake, right?” file: During the height of the Monday Night War in the late 90s, both the WWF and WCW sent representatives to some big media convention. Respectively, HHH and Bill Goldberg carried the flags for their companies. A still wet-behind-the-ears Goldberg decided to confront HHH in character and read him the riot act. Reports state that HHH played it cool, while Goldberg looked like a complete ass, embarrassing both himself and his company (if, in fact, either was ever truly capable of feeling shame). This also didn’t do Bill any favors when he came to the WWE years later to find that HHH was Raw’s top dog. The burial of Goldberg ranks high on the list of WWE blunders (and that’s a whole separate countdown), but frankly, the creature from Planet Goldberg should have come back down to Earth for that fateful day on the convention floor.
10. STEPHANIE REMEMBERS…
Wrestlers have fans. Wrestling writers have supporters. Wrestling divas have stalkers. But “wrestler”/“writer”/”diva” Stephanie McMahon only has apologists. One of the minds that will inherit the WWE laid her ignorance bare for all the world to see on the infamous 9/13/01 Smackdown.
Vince came under fire for even DOING a live Smackdown two days after 9/11 in the first place. We squirmed in our chairs when Vince proudly barked that the show was “the largest public gathering of any kind” after the greatest tragedy our country had ever seen. We looked at our shoes when future WWE champion Bradshaw said that anyone who criticized them for doing the show could “go to hell,” then basically cut a promo in support of genocide. But when it was when Stephanie had her close-up that wrestling’s richest bimbo had her definitive moment.
Stephanie actually compared the terrorist attack on the U.S. to when the U.S. Federal Government went after her daddy on steroid charges. She whined, “They said bad things about my family, but we became stronger.” Obviously, no one in the company would admit that Skankanie’s mind-bogglingly insensitive remarks were a very, very bad idea. However, when clips of the special SD were replayed on their weekend shows, all traces of Steph’s rant were wiped from existence. Even O.J. Simpson TRIED to hide the bloody glove.
One wrestling newsletter accurately decried Stephanie’s comments as “the most tasteless comments ever made on a pro wrestling program.” Screechy’s rant was the first sign that her insecure, unthinking ass isn’t fit to write down a phone number, let alone be head writer for a wrestling company. Big Steph has been unsuccessfully trying to live this moment down ever since...More?

JR comments on young wrestlers not being students of wrestling
"What if every wrestler in any training program or wrestling school were given DVD's of a specific wrestler who the students resembled, wanted to emulate or performed like in the ring? The follow up would include written exams. Gasp... you mean a young wrestler would have to actually watch a DVD and study and retain the info that they were seeing? Yes, that's the general idea. Good role models are needed in all walks of life not just 'rasslin. I know many wrestlers that are big stars today who are some of the biggest DVD watchers of any of the wrestlers. HHH, for example, is a student of classic, old school wrestling and probably has watched the great Harley Race in action hundreds of times. Same goes for classic bouts of Ric Flair. Point is that none of us ever stop learning. Stone Cold was a sponge when it came to watching the greats like Jake Roberts and Ricky Steamboat, who were two of the wrestlers Steve enjoyed watching perform their craft. I wonder what occupies a wrestler's time now days on say, an international tour - wrestling DVD's or "other"?"...More?

John Cena and Batista defeated Kane and Chris Jericho. Y2J came out first and cut a heel promo on Shawn and Rebecca Michaels. Cena and Batista posed on the ropes together to a huge amount of pyro. The match had all the usual spots. The end came when Batista speared Kane then Cena tossed Jericho over the top rope and got the pin. Cena went in the crowd to celebrate afterwards and Batista held up a sign that read "Batista Hates Cancer" from the first row.
WWE World champ CM Punk defeated JBL in a Steel Cage match. JBL did mic work saying it was the greatest night of MSG history because it would be the day NY's favorite son JBL comes home. He said that he understands NY needs a savior and it will be JBL. When Punk came to the ring, he stopped to hug ROH owner Cary Silkin and Larry Sweeney who were at ringside. Punk ended up hitting the floor first and then hitting the GTS on the floor. Punk celebrated after the match around ringside with the fans, limping slightly...More?
