Earlier this month, something happened in the world of professional wrestling that hasn't been seen in something like a decade: Two competing wrestling companies actually went head-to-head with their television programming on a Monday night.
For one night in January 2010, the "Monday Night Wars" of the 1990's were back. But wait — it gets even better. Between the two Monday night wrestling shows — WWE's Monday Night Raw and TNA's Impact — the names involved read like some kind of sports entertainment time warp.
TNA's three-hour extravaganza not only marked the return of Hulk Hogan, but also names like Ric Flair, Eric Bischoff, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, Sean "X-Pac" Waltman, and the Nasty Boys.
Raw countered with the return of Bret "Hitman" Hart, who hasn't been seen in a WWE ring since Vince McMahon screwed him out of the world championship twelve years ago in a rare, real-life incident fans still refer to as the "Montreal Screwjob."...More?

WWE Superstars Results: Rumble on their Mind
Chris Jericho appeared on “WWE Superstars” this week, and proceeded to talk himself up in his typical fashion. As the condescending Superstar claimed that he would be the one to win the Royal Rumble Match he was interrupted by his SmackDown rival, R-Truth. The rapping Superstar disputed Jericho’s claims at greatness, instead insisting that he would not only win the match but also be the one to eliminate the long-winded braggart. R-Truth then backed up his claim by chasing Jericho from ringside. Full results.

Vince McMahon Note
From an interview with Playboy:
Linda and I have been married for 34 years now, but we're really different. She would always read to the kids at night. I'd make up stories for them, and my stories were full of action. Couldn't help it. They've just had their bath and they smell so good, they're tucked into their little beds and they're so sweet that you just want to eat them. I'd tell them a story, kiss them goodnight, and they would be absolutely wired. Linda would have to calm them down. So Shane was scared one night. He thought Dracula was in the closet. I said, "Oh yeah? Watch this." I went in that closet and started growling and yelling, having a battle. I threw a little furniture. Now Shane's really scared to death, until finally his dad walks out of the closet. I said, "Son, you never have to worry about Dracula again. Dracula's dead."

TNA iMPACT! Moving to Monday Nights
The Wrestling Observer is reporting that TNA has decided to permanently air Impact on Monday nights to go head-to-head with Monday Night Raw. As of now, the plan is to air a live Impact every other Monday night, and tape an Impact broadcast on Tuesday nights which will air on the Monday nights that the show does not air live.
It is unclear at this time whether or not Impact will retain or change its current 9-11pm time slot. The move to Monday nights is expected to take place in March, following the Monday broadcast that TNA has announced for March 1st.
