Video: Matt Hardy Posts a Big Update; Speaks on WWE Status

Why is this guy still with the WWE?

Jim Ross Comments on Triple H's Future

"Had a great talk with Triple H in Chicago who is also looking good but I do not know his future plans re: returning to the ring. The Game has a very bright insightful mind for the business. I like his personal business philosophies on wrestling. Hunter was interested in my upcoming trip to FCW this week as the future of WWE rests largely inside the four walls of the FCW training facility."

Update on Joanie "Chyna" Laurer

Update on Chyna via TMZ.com:

"A source close to Chyna tells us she overmedicated on Benadryl. We're told she took 4 to 5 times the prescribed amount yesterday to help her sleep -- and when she got up this morning she couldn't walk and started throwing up. Chyna is in the ER getting fluids through an IV, according to the source -- and it sounds like she's going to be fine."

Rumor Mill - Jericho and Hardy Quit WWE

The wrestling world is buzzing with news that Chris Jericho and Matt Hardy have both left WWE.

In storyline terms, Chris promised to leave if he didn't win the WWE Title at yesterday's Night Of Champions PPV.

Not only did he fail in his quest, but the Canadian was eliminated from the main event match within 90 seconds.

The star is now out of contract and it is thought that this exit was planned by WWE, who are aware that he will not be renewing.

Mike Johnson, of PWInsider, reported: "We've just confirmed that last night was Chris Jericho's final scheduled appearance for WWE."

Meanwhile a hugely unhappy Hardy has been dropping heavy hints on Twitter that he's leaving WWE to join brother Jeff in TNA.

Asked by one fan whether they should buy tickets to the WWE's European tour or TNA's January show in Berlin in order to see him, Matt replied: "I'd go with Berlin."

Another enquired when his WWE contract would expire to which Hardy said: "If I have my way, hopefully tomorrow."

Student Becomes the Teacher

At Night of Champions, Daniel Bryan went from being a talented, young Superstar looking to make his mark in WWE to joining the ranks of WWE Hall of Famers like Harley Race, Sgt. Slaughter, and “Rowdy” Roddy Piper as the new holder of the prestigious United States Title.

This journey to championship glory was a harrowing one for the talented grappler. As one of the first Rookies eliminated from the debut season of WWE NXT, Daniel Bryan looked like another hungry competitor who didn’t quite have what it takes to make it in the big leagues. But the young contender refused to accept this fate and after fighting his way onto the Raw brand, the tenacious Daniel Bryan challenged his former WWE NXT Pro The Miz to tonight’s match and defeated him in the center of the ring...More?

Manami Toyota’s US Debut at CHIKARA in Baltimore, MD

Fan report from diva-dirt.com:

Manami came out to a HUGE pop. All the streamers were thrown in for her. (Daizee got tied up in one and flipped out). Manami dominates the first few minutes with some submissions holds including a muta lock. Daizee chops her and hits her with knees but Toyota was unfazed and smacks her half-way across the ring. Daizee tries faking an injury but Toyota had none of it. Haze hits the Mind Trip to gain control. They both go for pinfalls (including a rolling back cradle that I’ve NEVER seen before). Manami gets back control but misses a dropkick through the ropes and Daizee hits a suicide crossbody. Afterwards they go back and forth with top rope attacks, bridging suplexes and the crowd chants, “This is awesome!” Daizee then gets cocky and falls prey to the Japanese Ocean Cyclone Suplex which ends the match.

Manami stands in the ring with everybody chanting, “Please come back.” I taunted Daizee after the match who told me to shut up (which was one of the highlghts of the evening). She was signing autographs after the show and suprisingly knew a good amount of English. I asked her if we would see more of her in the US in the future. She said she hopes so.
