As reported on earlier, TNA held drug testing many weeks ago. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that wrestlers failed tests, were told they failed tests and no disciplinary action or suspensions were given over some if not all of the testing failures. What was learned from many within TNA is that people are still doing what they were doing before and there was a cause for concern with some talent as some new they would fail. It should be noted that the monitoring of the testing is not at all close to WWE's drug testing structure where someone watches you, your pants have to be below your knees and shirt must be above your nipples to make sure you aren't sneaking in different urine.

Info on New Wrestling Novel 'The Cruiserweight'
Synopsis:
Brett and Karen come from two separate worlds with one common interest that brought them together - wrestling.
Brett Kerrigan is a smaller than average cruiserweight wrestler who loves to entertain the crowds, giving it all for his fans throughout the world. In spite of his size, Brett proves he can be as strong, quick and fierce as his larger competitors. Away from the spotlight, he struggles with being taken seriously as a wrestler, backstabbing co-workers, and power hungry management.
Pittsburgh-based sports journalist Karen Montgomery has followed wrestling since her teens. An acclaimed article printed one year earlier won a prestigious sports press award, and, when several attempts to arrange a personal interview with Brett are thwarted, she almost gives up attempting to meet her idol without the help of her editor, Greg Sullivan. One fateful night after a wrestling event, Karen has an unexpected encounter with Brett in a hotel lounge - ending in getting her sought-after interview with him.
Throughout the following year, a special friendship - and then romance - blossoms between the unlikely pair, despite the loss of Brett’s lucrative contract, long distance living between him and Karen, the differences in their ages, and an unexpected personal event Karen never considered in the present stage of her life.

Blumenthal, McMahon Face Off in Second Debate
The two major party candidates in Connecticut's closely watched U.S. Senate race sparred over who is the best equipped to rejuvenate the economy and spur more jobs.
Republican Linda McMahon and Democrat Richard Blumenthal debated face-to-face for the second time Thursday morning in Norwalk. They disagreed over whether to keep all the Bush-era tax cuts, not just the middle-class cuts the president wants to continue.
Blumenthal, the state's attorney general, said the middle-class cuts should be made now. McMahon, former chief executive of World Wrestling Entertainment, said all are needed to help small businesses.
Blumenthal took some shots at the WWE, accusing McMahon of tipping off a doctor involved in a federal steroids investigation. McMahon alleges Blumenthal focuses on the WWE because it's difficult for him to focus on the economy and creating jobs.

O'Sullivan acknowledged in the release that the movie announcement comes at a time when former WWE
