Lucha Libre USA Star Shot and Killed
Lucha Libre USA star Chris Long, who went under the name "Solid" in the promotion, was shot and killed last night in Shooter Alley on Buford Highway just outside of Atlanta, Georgia. Long, who worked security for a strip club, tossed out three men earlier in the night. The men returned and specifically targeted Long. Rumor Mill - WWE Lockerroom Praises Triple H
With Vince McMahon not present for the recent television tapings in Europe, WWE veteran Triple H had his first real management opportunity in his new role as one of McMahon’s top advisers. According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter sources, “Hunter” made a positive first impression.
The internal reaction to the atmosphere, which effectively saw Triple H in charge, was that things were reportedly “very different” in a positive way.

Linda McMahon Doesn't Rule Out 2012 Run Against Lieberman
Republican Linda McMahon, who spent some $50 million of her own money in a losing bid for the Senate this fall against state Attorney General Richard Blumenthal (D), is already eyeing 2012.
During a taping of "Face the State with Dennis House" on Thursday, McMahon wouldn't rule out a run saying, "I'm not taking anything off the table." Her full interview is set to air in Connecticut Sunday.
McMahon will also be up with a statewide TV spot next week thanking those who supported her in 2010...More?

SmackDown Results: Survival Mode
An action-packed night culminated in all of the members of Team Mysterio tangling with their foes on Team Del Rio. At the close of the conflict, Team Del Rio’s Jack Swagger found himself battling big odds against Big Show and Rey Mysterio. After Mysterio blasted The All-American American with a 619, Big Show pushed Swagger over the top rope for the victory. Full results.

Joey Styles to Apologize to the Fans
WWE’s Joey Styles spoiled the end of NXT last Tuesday on his twitter, writing, “Oh the hell with this, this show was taped over three hours ago. Aksana was eliminated. Who cares?”
In response, the WWE NXT Twitter posted: “WWE apologizes for @JoeyStyles’ tweet spoiling tonight’s @WWENXT elimination. His actions were unprofessional & unacceptable.”
Styles posted the following on his Twitter account this evening: " Will begin Tuesday's NXT Live Chat with apology for being unprofessional & prematurely revealing Aksana's elimination last Tuesday."
