How did Eric Bischoff go from being at the top of the wrestling world as President of WCW, revolutionizing the business, making hundreds of millions of dollars and almost putting Vince McMahon and the then WWF out of business to, a few years later getting into petty squabbles with dweebs on facebook and twitter, lashing out at journalists with childish and unnecessary insults and gleaning supreme satisfaction out of apparently winning verbal debates with amateurish and unprepared bloggers? It's an interesting question to ponder, and maybe one even Eric is asking himself these days, as his professional reputation lies in tatters. In fact, as the excuses pile up, the tweets get more vicious, and reports continue to emerge of his rapidly plummeting influence in TNA, it seems like a good time to discuss just how Bischoff's professional life got into such a sorry state...More?

SmackDown Results: The Landscape Has Changed
Hoping for retribution after being attacked by Wade Barrett last week, Big Show tangled with Barrett one-on-one. Just like he did while part of The Nexus, Barrett showed that he does not operate alone. When The World’s Largest Athlete was prepared to deliver a game-over chokeslam, Heath Slater and Justin Gabriel rushed to Barrett’s aid. After punching a steel chair out of Gabriel’s hand, it looked like Show could overcome the odds. But before he could gain control, Show was overcome by his attackers. Then in a stunning move, Ezekiel Jackson stormed the ring and bodyslammed The World’s Largest Athlete. Adding insult to injury, Gabriel delivered a 450 Splash to the fallen giant. What’s next from Barrett and the Superstars he has drawn to his side? Full results.

Things truly got out hand when all eight competitors entered the ring to brawl. But when the smoke cleared, Yoshi Tatsu nailed Zack Ryder in the back of the head with a well-placed kick to give his team the win. Full results.
