T-Nation.com has an article about Triple H working on his shoulders after his injury:
Paul is in trouble. His body was already banged up from years in the ring, and now this: an injury while filming a movie. The doctor said what Paul already knew: he was going to have to go under the knife.
Was his career over? Was his comeback doomed?
After the surgery, Paul got in contact with T NATION contributor, Joe DeFranco. Joe knows how to train high-performance, high-impact athletes. And his method of shoulder training would not only make Paul's shoulders look massive; it would make them feel great again. Big, strong shouldersmust be healthy if they're going to stay that way.
This article may challenge the way you think about shoulder training. That's okay. If Joe's methods work for Paul, a.k.a. Triple H, they'll probably work for you.
I've been using these guidelines with WWE wrestler Triple H. He trained like a bodybuilder for years with lots of overhead pressing, and it caught up with him. Today, he can't believe how much better his shoulders are feeling and how much faster his rehab from surgery is going.
During our last training session he told me that his shoulders are just as good as they were when he was hammering away at them, only now they're pain-free. He's been using the Shoulder Shocker for the last four months.

Chris Jericho Comments on the Future of WWE, Vince, Stephanie & Triple H
How much longer do you think it's going to be where Vince McMahon calls all the shots like he has for so many years?
Well, I think what Vince is going to do right now is give up some of the legwork, watching 'Raw' from gorilla and all that sort of stuff. But Vince will always have the last word until the day he dies. I guarantee that. He's not the type of person that's going to be able to go and sit at home and watch the show without having the final say. He'll be more influenced by certain people. He'll give up some of the lighter work I'm sure. Vince McMahon is a genius. He is a bona fide genius and his specialty is the wrestling business. And when the day comes when Vince does not have the final say and doesn't have any answers as to what is going on, which will be the day he dies, that's when I think the business is going to be in a little bit of trouble because he's a visionary. You can copy those visions but you can't have them on your own and not just anybody can do that. You can't just appoint someone and say 'you're the next guy that's a genius.' Vince is one of a kind and that's why he's killed every other promotion and that's why everything he does wrestling-wise turns to gold.
Whenever that day does come, it's assumed that Stephanie (McMahon) and Triple H (her husband) will be the people running the company. Do you think there would be major changes of how they look at the business and how they do things creatively from what we see now?
I don't think so. Obviously, they've been taught by Vince and been groomed by Vince since they were very young, especially Stephanie but Hunter too. He came there in 1995 or whatever it is. But I think you'll see when that happens that Shawn Michaels will have more influence, Undertaker, guys like that, even myself. I could work in the WWE until I'm 65 years old if I want to. I have never been asked but I think I could. I think I have the kind of reputation. Guys like Edge as well. But once again, it gets diluted. Vince is the boss. Not Stephanie. Not Triple H. It's not Undertaker. Not Shawn Michaels. When Vince goes, then let's talk to Stephanie and then let's talk with Triple H. Then suddenly you have two bosses. Or maybe John Laurinaitis is involved and it becomes more of a committee thing.
Vince is the boss, and when you have one boss that everyone trusts ... Sure, he's crazy. We're all crazy. There's days when he comes up with ideas that are horrible. But he's still Vince and his track record speaks for itself and you have to trust everything that he goes for because most of the time his instincts are right. And everyone knows who to go to when you have a question. Even if he says no to something when you know it will work, if he says no then you're done. That's it. So when he leaves, I think the power will be spread out a little more. I think that would be a big difference.

Update on Ric Flair's Money Issues with TNA
In an interview with the Ringside Rap radio show this week, Mike Mooneyham of The Post and Courier noted that Flair is owed a “considerable amount” of backpay by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, which may have resulted in Flair’s dispute with the company in Ireland on last week’s tour of Europe.
Mooneyham, who is a long-time friend of Ric Flair, said that earlier this week, Ric Flair asked for advanced pay based on Total Nonstop Action Wrestling owing him money for future dates on the tour and for money unrelated to the tour and that Ric Flair isn’t the only one that is owed money from Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. “They owe him what I would consider a considerable amount of pay,” Mooneyham said.
Mooneyham noted that Flair isn’t blaming anyone that coordinated the tour and says the big thing with Ric Flair is respect and that Flair doesn’t want to be treated like Joe Jabroni and that was pretty much how he was treated by the company.
Mooneyham goes on to note that Flair intended to sit out one of Total Nonstop Action Wrestling’s European tour dates, when they were in Germany, to make a point to the company about how he felt he was treated and that Flair has only sat out three dates in his entire career in professional wrestling.
Mooneyham said stories that Flair was asking the guys for money at bars are untrue. Mooneyham said Flair’s response to stories he was asking wrestlers for money is, “Those guys don’t have any money anyways.”

Chili Attending WMXXVII; Connection to John Morrison
Actress and singer Chili of TLC fame revealed on the Monday Night Mayhem show recently that she will be at WrestleMania 27 in Atlanta, where she lives. Chili and her family have been at several WWE shows over the past few years.
Chili also revealed that John Morrison was scheduled to appear on her What Chili Wants reality TV show during the second season but didn't. She said: “He was actually going to be on my show, but he got back with his ex. I totally had a crush on him, and he thought I was kind of cute too, so we were really going to date. Then he & ‘Miss Thing’ got back together.” Presumably she is referring to Melina.
