Once both Edge and Alberto Del Rio’s signatures were affixed to their main event WrestleMania World Heavyweight Championship contract (match preview), mayhem quickly took over. Though Edge gained the initial advantage over his aristocratic adversary, interference by Ricardo Rodriguez allowed Del Rio to lock in the excruciating cross armbreaker on the 11-time World Champion. When he attempted to injure Edge further, however, Christian emerged to save his former tag team partner. Full results.

March 3rd iMPACT! TV Rating Highest Since January 4, 2010


The March 3rd edition of TNA iMPACT! scored a 1.37 rating, which is rounded up to 1.4. The first hour scored a 1.3 rating with a peak of 1.52 during the first 15mins. The second hour scored a 1.41 rating with an overun of 1.48. The show saw the return of Hulk Hogan and Sting.

This rating makes the episode the highest rated iMPACT! on Thursday night and a little behind the 1.41 rating for the Monday, January 4, 2010 edition in which Hulk Hogan made his debut.

Rumor Mill - Cris "Cyborg" Santos Reportedly in Negotiations with WWE


Without fighting since June of 2010, Cyborg is getting tired of the lack of fights in the MMA organization, and this proposal would change her future in fighting – and get bigger paychecks. Two weeks ago, Cristiane and her husband, Strikeforce fighter Evangelista Santos, attended to a WWE event in California, and the managers of the event offered her a contract.

HSI Agents Arrest Website Operator That Illegally Streamed Copyrighted Sporting Events


The operator of a website that illegally streamed live, copyrighted sporting events on the Internet was arrested this morning by agents with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).

Bryan McCarthy, 32, of Deer Park, Texas, was taken into custody at his home and is charged with one count of criminal infringement of a copyright. He was the operator of channelsurfing.net, which was seized by federal authorities on Feb. 1, 2011, as part of an ongoing HSI investigation into websites that illegally streamed copyrighted sporting telecasts and pay-per-view events...More?

Something must have lit a fire under Chris Masters recently, because the big man has been simply dominant in recent weeks. After scoring two major victories over the destructive Tyler Reks in recent weeks, The Masterpiece continued his winning streak by overpowering the arrogant Curt Hawkins and putting him away with The Master Lock. The powerhouse’s celebration was short-lived, however. Without warning, Reks stormed the ring and nailed Masters with a debilitating Burning Hammer. Clearly, the rivalry between these two titans is far from over. Full results.

Rumor Mill - Possible Plans for Season Five of NXT


According to a WWE source, season five of WWE NXT that begins next Tuesday (March 8) is slated to feature past rookies who didn't win on other seasons of the show. Names expected to participate includes: Lucky Cannon, Titus O'Neil, Byron Saxton, Conor O'Brian and Darren Young. Two other names are expected to be added to the roster. Previous discussion involved doing a season involving sons of former WWE stars. WWE has yet to confirm any new details about the next season of NXT.
