WWE will be releasing a "Raw 20th Anniversary Collection" containing 12 DVDs (or 10 blu-ray discs) that boast a full 20 episodes of Monday Night Raw, "uncut and unedited".
The box set is available for pre-order now through Amazon.com, and will be released on December 3rd in the United States for $79.99. They have also released a brief synopsis of the collection:
"Commemorating the 20th Anniversary of Raw, WWE presents 20 of the most memorable Raw episodes in history all in one all-new collector's set. For the first time ever, this collection will feature 20 COMPLETE EPISODES of Raw spread out over 12 DVD discs (10 Blu-ray). Each episode will be featured in chronological order, and were carefully selected to present a wide range that showcases all eras, several milestones and historic moments throughout Raw history. This collection is a must-own for WWE fans."
Both the WCW/WWF "simulcast" and "homecoming" editions of Monday Night Raw will be included in the set. It's worth noting that if the collection is true to its word, and will leave each episode "uncut and unedited", both episodes feature matches with Chris Benoit. Other episodes that have been confirmed include Mankind's WWF Championship title win, the very first Raw Roulette, the night Raw finally ended Nitro's ratings dominance, the DX Invasion and the original ECW Invasion.

This week’s show had a heavy Triple H influence with Vince McMahon giving him a long leash. Hunter made most of the calls on the angles involving him. There continues to be some dissension between Triple H and Vince over the angle, however, as Vince doesn’t like the way the top babyfaces looked standing on the stage and doing nothing.

David Bailey Named General Manager of WWE Performance Center
WWE today announced the appointment of David Bailey as General Manager of the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, FL. Bailey, who previously served as General Manager of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Blue Unit at Feld Entertainment, will report directly to WWE’s Senior Vice President of Talent Relations and Development, Jane Geddes.
As General Manager of the Performance Center, Bailey will oversee the day-to-day operations of the 26,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art facility, and will work with WWE senior executives to manage the development of the NXT Superstars training at the Center. In addition, Bailey will work with WWE executives to enhance WWE’s relationship with Full Sail University as well as other key partners in the Central Florida region. While at Feld, Bailey managed more than 350 people including staff, crew and performers, and acted as a conduit between the unit, talent directors, production management and executive management. In addition, Bailey was responsible for overseeing all the operational aspects of the show as well as animal welfare, budgets, and unit movement from city to city.
Prior to Feld, Bailey held management positions at Kohler Company and Siemens VDO. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management of Technology from Athens State University and will reside in the Orlando area. With 26,000 square-feet, seven training rings, a world-class strength and conditioning program and cutting-edge edit and production facilities, the Performance Center gives WWE the ability to train more potential performers than ever before through a comprehensive program including in-ring training, physical preparedness and character development. The center is the training ground for talent that includes former professional and collegiate athletes, Olympians and entertainers, and offers a best-in-class sports medicine program creating a central location for all WWE talent to receive the best care both in and out of the ring.
This Day In Wrestling History
Frank Gotch again defeats George Hackenschmidt in their rematch from 1908 in front of a reported crowd of 25,000 at White Sox (Comiskey) Park. Hackenschmidt badly injures his knee prior to the match, allegedly at the hands of Ad Santell. Supposedly, and this is one of pro wrestling's great unsolved mysteries, Santel was paid a sum of money to hook Hackenschmidt in training. Gotch hated Hackenschmidt and didn't want to give him a rematch.

Paul Heyman credits WWE with a "true youth initiative"
Scott Fishman of The Miami Herald is featuring an interview with WWE's Paul Heyman discussing aspects of the new WWE 2K14 video game and giving credit to WWE for evolving and creating new younger stars on the roster.
Heyman added, "You have to credit WWE for it has a true youth initiative. It’s starts at the top. You can demonstrate all day how great you are, but if the guys at the top or the executives or the chairman of the board doesn’t sit there and say, ‘I acknowledge this.’ It ain’t happening."
