The latest news on Matt Hardy's recent arrest is that he was pulled over by police the Raleigh-Durhan International Airport on Monday following concerns over his driving. Hardy was subject and passed a breathalyzer test on the scene and had no alcohol in his system at the time of his arrest.
Trooper Ellefson says he "conducted a series of test on [Hardy] and determined he was impaired and unable to safely operate a vehicle." Hardy then gave a blood sample for further analysis. Rumor Mill - Structure Change in WWE Creative Team
It's being reported that WWE has made a change to the structure of its creative team, and has created what's being called a "home team" and a "road team." The idea behind the change is that there will be a creative team that travels on the road, working on shows as it travels, and a creative team that for the most part remains at WWE headquarters and works on the shows from there.
It's being said that Stephanie McMahon and Brian Gewirtz are said to be two of the "home team" members, and will predominantly work on WWE creative from headquarters.

Triple H Comments on his Future Inside and Outside the Ring
“In the ring, listen, it’s a young man’s business,” Triple H said. “I love being able to get in there occasionally and still perform. We [WWE] have the greatest fan base in the world, the most rabid fan base in the world. Anytime I can get out in front of them and perform, as long as they still want to see me, I’m excited to do it, but at the same point, I don’t want to be doing it everyday.
“I enjoy the [TV] role I have right now, with being able to go out on the show, but to be quite frank, I enjoy the behind the scenes just as much. To me, it’s just as thrilling to help a young guy like a Sheamus or a Miz or somebody like that, help them with something and then see them go out there and do it and be successful, see it click for them. It’s just as exhilarating to me as being out there and doing it myself. So that part of it is a thrill for me to be behind the scenes and hopefully watching the business continue to thrive.”

Triple H Comments on SmackDown Moving to Tuesdays on Syfy
"I’m sure if you ask Syfy, they would say, ‘Yes,’” Triple H said. “I think that’s certainly on the board. The beautiful thing about WWE is we truly are a fluid product, because we’re live, and we can do it from just about anywhere. We can moves things around and switch things around, and it’s what makes us such a valuable partner to people and networks like USA and Syfy.
"If USA or somebody needs a number to help them get over the hump in the ratings war, we can do a special and put them over the top. We can do a Tuesday live show and give somebody a kick. We can do all these different things, and that’s a very valuable commodity. I’m sure they’re looking, as well as everybody else is looking, to use that commodity in the best possible way they can."

Round 2: Linda McMahon to Declare U.S. Senate Candidacy Next Tuesday
By this time next week, Republican Linda McMahon will formally be in the hunt for the U.S. Senate seat of retiring incumbent Joe Lieberman of Connecticut in 2012, reprising a candidacy for the same office undertaken last year by the wealthy matriarch of professional wrestling.
McMahon, 62, is scheduled to announce her entry into the race next Tuesday, multiple sources confirmed to Hearst Connecticut Newspapers.
McMahon's handlers still haven't settled on the venue, though a person familiar with her plans said a manufacturing plant was a leading candidate to host what will be a jobs-oriented speech by the 2010 Republican Senate nominee and Greenwich resident.

Triple H Deconstructs Punk’s Argument
On the Sept. 12 edition of Raw, CM Punk chastised COO Triple H for his implied view of what a World Champion should be. Big, muscular, intimidating – all attributes that Punk admittedly lacked. The Second City Saint then went on to say that the lack of attention paid to him by higher-ups like Triple H was a direct result of his contrast to that ideal. And then Triple H, without pausing, listed off a myriad of Punk’s accomplishments, all framed within the main event and World Championship.
1) Punk has won and successfully cashed in the Money In The Bank briefcase twice.
2) Punk has won seven titles in WWE, including four World Championships.
3) Punk has main-evented several WWE pay-per-views over the past six years.
Hmm. Well, he’s right. All of those facts are true, and undeniable. Yet, Punk still maintains that he’s been held down, and restrained from grabbing the elusive “brass ring.” But, he has grabbed it. Four times. And, in doing so, he shocked the world each time. Each of those World Championship wins catapulted Punk into the same stratosphere he claims now bars him from entry.
Maybe that’s not Punk’s point, though. Maybe the “Voice of the Voiceless” isn’t concerned so much with himself as he is with the future of WWE. Maybe he, more than anyone, realizes that change is inevitable and necessary, and resistance is futile and destructive. And, as a medium through which the voiceless can truly be heard, Punk is in a unique place – he’s a main-eventer, unhappy with the current, stale iterations of main events.
In addition to the list of facts and counter-arguments that The Game correctly rattled off, one more fact resonates even more importantly across the WWE landscape: Punk, at this point, is the only one who can truly engineer change. If that happens, though, who will Punk rebel against then?
