The sponsors of last year’s WrestleMania PPV, 360 OTC, have been sued by World Wrestling Entertainment for failing to pay sponsorship deal which amounts to $1,176,470.
The parent company of 360 OTC, IAHL Corporation, has since changed names, Air, Sea and Ground, Inc., and Rockford-Montgomery Labs, Inc., who are associated with the sponsorship deal have also been sued by WWE. 360 OTC were given the best placements during the road to WrestleMania with WWE advertising print, online, on television and billed the product as the 'official pain relief' for WrestleMania 23.
The company does admit that they owe payments to WWE, however WWE are claiming that they are reusing to pay them. WWE are demanding for a full payment including percentage of profits that 360 OTC did from the WWE deal, court costs as well as having to stop using WWE intellectual properties on their website to promote any products.
