Wrestlingnewsworld.com is reporting that despite her less than stellar return match on Raw a couple of weeks ago, WWE officials still have confidence in Candice Michelle. Her poor performance on television is being blamed on ring rust and did not affect her push as the decision was made to give her a Women's Championship shot at No Mercy next month. Candice was very apologetic backstage after her debacle of a match at the August 31st Raw taping in St. Louis.
