PWInsider reports that attorneys representing Scott "Raven" Levy, Mike Sanders and Chris "Kanyon" Klucarits have requested an extension in order to properly respond to WWE's motion to attempt to dismiss their lawsuit against the company's classifcation of wrestlers as "independent contractors" as of October 20. The court has agreed to extend the deadline to November 10.
