20th Century Fox presented the movie premiere of their latest sci-fi movie, "The Day the Earth Stood Still," last night in New York City. The movie, starring Keanu Reeves and Will Smith's son, opens in theaters on Friday.
On hand for the red-carpet premiere at the AMC Loews Lincoln Square was WWE World Heavyweight Champion John Cena, who was described as "WWE star-turned-actor."
WWE recently signed a movie pact with 20th Century Fox to have the first opportunity to distribute upcoming WWE Studios projects, including Cena's "12 Rounds" movie that opens just before WrestleMania 25 on March 27, 2009.
