"I'm making a transition into the office, trying to keep growing the business. It's a young man's sport, a young man's business–or however you want to look at it–and I want to help create new stars and help new guys become the future of this business and help create the next level of Shawn Michaels and the Triple Hs and the Undertakers and those guys. I want to help usher in that new era and bring this company, as big as it is, to a place that is much bigger."
