Nashville Court Extends TNA vs. WWE Legal Proceedings Today

The Nashville Chancery Court extended the TNA vs. WWE legal proceedings on Tuesday. The court granted WWE's motion to "alter, amend, and clarify" the order on June 8 that called for TNA's temporary restraining order against to be dissolved. The TRO was previously to be kept in effect until July 12.

The court also set a hearing on July 13 at 9:00 a.m. to hear WWE's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings after WWE filed paperwork on June 28 requesting a judgment in the suit. Also of note is both sides have filed a lot of documents on this matter, which means big legal fees.
