The planned hearing today regarding TNA's lawsuit against World Wrestling Entertainment in Nashville was canceled and rescheduled for 8/2.
The court also noted that in their previous order regarding the end of the restraining order against WWE being dropped, that they erroneously failed to list that the order against Brian Wittenstein, who allegedly passed on confidential TNA information to WWE's John Laurinatitis, still stands.
In a court memo dated 7/11, it was noted that "Although Mr. Wittenstein has been served, no notice of appearance of counsel has been filed. Accordingly, the Court has mailed a copy of this order to him but has used a telephone number provided by plaintiff's counsel to telefax expedited notice of the rescheduling" of today's canceled hearing.
To date, Wittenstein has not responded in any fashion to the lawsuit.
