Nearly 40 years after filing for bankruptcy and after details of their bankruptcy was made public in Connecticut this week, Vince and Linda McMahon have decided to reimburse creditors who were not paid when they filed for bankruptcy in 1976. Linda, who is running for Senate in Connecticut, said Thursday she had not seen the list of 29 creditors in nearly 36 years until the details were released this week.
In a statement Thursday, McMahon said, "Over the past two days, Vince and I have begun attempts to locate and reach out to all individuals on the creditor list. It is our intention to reimburse all private individual creditors that can be located. We feel it is the right thing to do to pay them in full, including an adjustment for inflation at four times the initial amount as shown on the list of creditors."...More?
