Scott Steiner and TNA Wrestling are scheduled for a court hearing in Nashville, Tenn. on October 26, according to court records at NashvilleChanceryInfo.org. The former TNA star filed a counter-suit against TNA which is currently preventing him from speaking out against TNA, Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff.
The court will hear TNA's counter-suit which they filed on October 9.
