WWE Main Event Results 1/23/13

WWE Main Event started with a Royal Rumble video package, breaking down the numbers. Matt Striker interviews Ryback, who talks about his opponent for the night. Ryback makes fun of Antonio Cesaro, saying he will make him into Swiss cheese.

Ryback defeated Antonio Cesaro. Ryback controlled the entire match from an offensive standpoint. Cesaro tried to escape the ring, but The Miz threw him back into Ryback's offense. Cesaro ended up escaping the ring and getting counted out.

Backstage, The Big Show is interviewed by Matt Striker. Big Show talks about his match, and how he is going to dominate. He also fakes out trying to punch Striker with the Knockout Punch.

Team Rhodes Scholars defeated The Uso's. The crowd was really booing Sandow and Rhodes before the match. Both men garnered much of the offense. The match was about ten minutes, and was finished off when Sandow rolled Jimmy Uso into a small package for the victory.
