Last night's airing of the 2013 WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony on the USA Network scored a 1.23 in the ratings with about 1.63 million viewers.
It ranked in at #27 overall on cable TV. This is reportedly the lowest rating that the HOF Ceremony has gotten in about five years.
