Over at his official Twitter account, Bret Hart has said his initial remarks have been misinterpreted by people and the comment about "4/10" was actually a reference to a Raw sign, not to the match. He says that in fact he enjoyed the Lesnar/Triple H bout.

Bret and the interviewer are back tracking. I saw the video before Arda took it down. He gave the match that rating before Arda asked him about the 4/10 craze online. And that's when Bret mentioned the sign on Raw. He meant to give the match a 4/10 and followed up the insult with saying that Triple H doesn't do anything creative in his matches. And then he later added that Hunter is a good wrestler kind of like a half hearted compliment. The proof is in the fact that the interviewer took the video down. If Bret didn't say it then why take the video down. Like I said I actually saw the full interview and Bret definitely said those things.

I didn't see the video, but I didn't believe Bret's clarification for one minute. All these people (Bret Hart, Kurt Angle, Mick Foley, Hulk Hogan) that are now saying something half-way nice about Hunter are doing so because they know if they want to come back to-or stay in the WWE, they will have to deal with him. They know he is the future.

You hit the nail on the head. I just couldn't believe how both Bret and the interviewer tried to back track. Once all the wrestling websites reported it and it started to spread on twitter they took it down. It's comical to me.
