Update on lawsuit involving WWE and Big Show

WWE lost a motion to move a lawsuit filed by a former producer to federal court last week. The suit, brought by former producer Andrew Green, names WWE and Big Show (a/k/a Paul Wright) as defendants. The suit claims Wright attacked Green without provocation during a backstage interview and that he suffered emotional and physical damage from the episode, which was later posted on the WWE website. The ruling by a US District Court judge means the case will be heard in an Arizona court. You can read more here.
