While WWE is still hoping to sign 30-40 more guys in the next couple of months, a lot of workers currently in developmental aren’t happy. Many of the more experienced workers feel they aren’t learning anything and are just doing the same drills day after day, week after week. The complaints have gotten loud enough that Triple H has decided to pay a little more attention to what’s going on. Normally Hunter flies in for the NXT tapings and right back out afterwards, however, he stayed the night on Thursday to spend Friday at the WWE Performance Center. He was there as of early Friday afternoon and everyone was on their “best behavior.”
A lot of the complaints deal directly with head NXT trainer Bill DeMott, but complaints against him are fairly common. However, no one really wants to step up and complain directly to Triple H but he actually heard through the grapevine that morale was low enough that he needed to see what was going on. Hunter re-arranged his week to spend the day at the developmental complex to get more of a handle on the issue.

WWE Conducts Investigation of NXT, Finds No Wrongdoing
WWE is in the process of contacting websites with statements that they recently conducted an investigation of their developmental system following accusations made by Chase Donovan (Drew Donaldson), Chad Baxter (Derek Foore) and Kevin Matthews (Kevin McDonald) in a podcast called “Two And A Half Wrestlers.” Most of the accusations had to do with head NXT trainer Bill DeMott.
The company makes it clear “no sexual harassment complaints” have been filed against any employee at WWE’s training facility in Orlando. They say the allegations are “baseless” and were made by “disgruntled talent recently released.” WWE continued by saying they take the issues seriously, which is why the investigation was conducted. The investigation concluded no wrongdoing.
The new WWE Performance Center is equipped with surveillance cameras, with one feed going to Bill DeMott and the other directly to Vince McMahon.

Rumor Mill - Morale Down in WWE Developmental
It was originally reported a number of months ago that the overall morale in WWE developmental was pretty good after Triple H took a more personal investment in it, but it's now being reported that the morale has gone down considerably.
It's being reported that a big reason for this is because of head trainer Bill DeMott who is said to be not as well-liked as former head trainer Tom Prichard who as released a while back. Tom Prichard also Tweeted the following:
"Guys trust me; Karma gets everybody. From the 'Lil Napolean to the Volleyball expert. Time will tell... Those who KNOW 'know' who Napolean and Mr. Volleyball are. 'Nuff said. And I have no dog in this fight. But facts are FACTS!"
(Volleyball refers to Canyon Ceman and Napoleon refers to Matt Martlaro, who earned that nickname because he reportedly developed a bad attitude after doing some work with Triple H, feeling like that made him better than his peers.)

News on WWE Developmental
The big FCW Summer Slamarama tour with 39 events booked is another part of Triple H's changes to WWE developmental.
WWE has began to greatly increase their scouting efforts, a process that has fallen off in recent years for many reasons.
Bill DeMott recently replaced Tom Prichard as head trainer in WWE developmental. People in the business have been critical of DeMott's work as trainer in the past but he's said to have matured into a solid coach as of late.
