Rolling Stone Releases Their WWE "Best of the Rest of the Half-Year" Awards, Praise for Kevin Owens
Rolling Stone has announced their WWE "Best of the Rest of the Half-Year" awards at this link. They named NXT Champion Kevin Owens as the WWE Wrestler of the Year, so far. They wrote:
"In a matter of months, the father of two from Marieville, Quebec has not only stared down his potential but surpassed it, becoming a lynchpin of two promotions and building a character inspired by everything it took to get him to this point. Love him or hate him, you can't deny his impact on the first six months of 2015 – or wonder how high he'll climb by year's end. It's wrestling, folks. It's Kevin Owens."

WWE Event In Japan Will Air In Its Entirety
Joey Styles confirmed on Twitter that the event from Tokyo, Japan on July 4th will be broadcast live in its entirety, and will be available on demand immediately afterward.
The event is scheduled to start at 6:00 pm in Japan, which is 5:00 am ET.

Changes Being Made to “Total Divas” Cast & Time Slot

Divas Announced For RAW Battle Royal
WWE has announced the Divas for the #1 Contender Battle Royal on Monday's RAW from London - Natalya, Naomi, Emma, Rosa Mendes, Summer Rae, Alicia Fox, Cameron, Brie Bella and Paige. As noted, the winner will face WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella at Extreme Rules.

Top WWE Star Out of Action Until 2015 with Injury, Backstage Note on the WWE Divas Title
AJ Lee is currently out of action with an injury. She had been working hurt so they could wrap up the feud with Divas Champion Nikki Bella.
WWE officials were planning on doing a significant injury angle to write AJ off TV but that was nixed for an unknown reason.
AJ being away is why Naomi and Natalya were moved into contendership for Nikki's title. Original plans had Naomi challenging Nikki but they may go with Natalya.
The belief within WWE is that AJ will be back in 2015 some time.

Naomi Reacts To Vince McMahon’s Comments On Steve Austin’s Podcast, Says Everyone Was Shocked
WWE Diva Naomi spoke with Chuck Carroll of The Turnbuckle Weekly about Vince McMahon’s recent comments on Steve Austin’s podcast where he said that the current locker room lacked ambition.
“Everyone was pretty shocked and taken back by it,” Naomi said. “I think we all see what the intent was and that’s just to light a fire and push everyone to work harder. I mean if it did nothing else, it definitely pissed us off to where we kinda want to go ten times harder than we were before. I think it’s a good thing, sometimes you have some negative and some positive, and I think that’s what Vince was trying to do to us all.”
Naomi then went on to say that there was “absolutely not” a lack of ambition with the Divas, and that they are all competitive and ambitious.

Two Diva's removed from Total Divas New Season?
Summer Rae and Naomi do not appear to be part of the upcoming cast of of Total Divas.
WWE published a "Behind The Scenes of Total Divas" photo gallery for the new season and missing are Naomi and Summer Rae. The two are also not featured in the promo video that has been airing on E!.

Divas to Compete in Traditional Survivor Series Tag Team Elimination Match
The WWE has booked a second Divas match for Survivor Series.
Cameron, Layla, Paige and Summer Rae will take on the team of Alicia Fox, Emma, Naomi and Natalya in a traditional Survivor Series Elimination match. The Divas will compete until all of the competitors on one team are eliminated.
Survivor Series takes place this Sunday starting at 8pm ET on the WWE Network.
