Recently there was speculation that Degeneration X would headline the 2014 WWE Hall of Fame inductees with all the members of the group including Chyna being inducted together. However, now it appears the inclusion of Chyna is unlikely due to her recent and continued involvement with the porn industry. There was talk of induction for DX last year as a group but this never materialized due to reports that Triple H wanted to be inducted by himself. Furthermore, the growing speculation is that the Ultimate Warrior will headline the 2014 Hall of Fame class. It is unlikely that either Triple H or Shawn Michaels would want to play second fiddle to the Warrior nor would Warrior want to be pegged behind DX.

Rumor Mill - WWE Inducting DX In The HOF With A Controversial Member Next Year?
It looks like DX as a group will be the 2014 WWE Hall of Fame headliners. They were going to go in this year until WWE worked out a deal with Bruno Sammartino.
The big news coming out of a possible DX induction is the return of Chyna to WWE TV. Word going around WWE is that she will be invited. Sources close to Chyna are also aware of a possible induction and there may have been some early communication between the two sides already.

Rumor Mill - Details on Recent WWE Creative Changes, Why WWE Asked David Kreizman to Stay, More
WWE head writer David Kreizman was talked into staying until mid-August because his original direction of things were building to SummerSlam and they wanted him to stay until the completion of his direction. Plus, WWE wants him to help train whoever they hire as his replacement. There was a feeling that the new writer would have problems with the pressure building to SummerSlam, whereas now he can ease into the role, get comfortable from September through December before the WrestleMania season pressure starts.
Regarding the creative situation, Stephanie McMahon's role has been minimized as she's only involved when needed. Brian James has been put into creative because they want someone who has a pro wrestling perspective to be in with the soap opera and TV writers because Michael Hayes isn't in the office regularly anymore. Hayes is on conference via phone at major meetings but they want a wrestling person at the meetings as well.
When it comes to the re-writes on Mondays and Tuesdays, David Kapoor (Ranjin Singh) has been in charge of those but his position has changed. Kapoor delegates the workload to the writers after Vince McMahon makes all the changes. He also interacts with TV people, the App people and the WWE.com people to make sure they all know of the changes.
Ed Koskey is now the lead writer for RAW while Ryan Ward, who got rave reviews for his work as NXT's writer, has been promoted to the lead writer of SmackDown.

Brock Lesnar attacked The New Age Outlaws and addressed Triple H’s challenge
Rumors of The New Age Outlaws’ return, it seems, were somewhat premature. The five-time Tag Team Champions of the Wo(oooooorrrrrr)rld had just taken to the ring to battle the reunited Team Rhodes Scholars when Brock Lesnar struck. The former UFC Heavyweight Champion wasted no time in demolishing the D-Generation X alums with a pair of F-5s and standing tall amid the wreckage before Paul Heyman took the mic to deliver Lesnar’s response to Triple H’s WrestleMania challenge. The long and short of it was that The Anomaly would happily face The King of Kings once again at The Showcase of the Immortals … provided The Game accepts the stipulation of Lesnar and Heyman’s choosing at the contract signing.

Triple H Acknowledges Wet Pants 'Accident'
WWE's website has a video of Triple H, BG James and Billy Gunn reuniting backstage at last night's old-school RAW. James said The NAO have never been apart so they really can't have a reunion. Triple H joined them and told Matt Striker to beat it. James talked about last week's brawl with Brock Lesnar and brought up the infamous wet spot that fans noticed in the seat of Triple H's pants. Triple H mentioned that he will never go to the ring with a full bladder again, acknowledging that he had an accident.

Rumor Mill - Potential WWE Hall of Fame Inductees
There has also been talk of inducting either DX or The Kliq (Shawn Michaels, Triple H, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall and Sean Waltman) as one group, depending on who you talk to, but we can't confirm 100% which will happen - just that it's been discussed over the last week. My money is on DX.
Former WWF champion Bob Backlund was at WWE HQ in Stamford, CT last Friday as the company wants to induct him into their Hall of Fame. Backlund was actually scheduled to be inducted in 2004 but pulled out. We are told that Backlund has not yet accepted the honor for 2013.
WWE has reached out to James "Kamala" Harris about being inducted into the 2013 WWE Hall of Fame class Wrestlemania weekend. Kamala, worked as a main eventer in his house show run with Hulk Hogan in 1986 and 1987 as well as Undertaker's opponent at Summerslam '92 in Wembley Stadium. He was later turned into a comedic undercard babyface. Outside of WWF, he also had big runs in Memphis and several other territories and worked in WCW as a member of Kevin Sullivan's Dungeon of Doom. He is a worthy inductee.
The word within WWE HQ over the last week is that they hope to again reach out to Bruno Sammartino to ask him to accept being inducted into the Hall. It was believed by one source that HHH was going to offer to personally travel to Pittsburgh to talk to Bruno. It should be noted that when they first asked Bruno and he turned it down, Sammartino noted during an interview with me that he couldn't see himself going in as long as Vince McMahon was around.

Flair & Others Return to Raw
Ric Flair returned to WWE on this week’s Raw, presenting John Cena with the “Superstar of the Year” Slammy Award and getting into a confrontation with CM Punk and then The Shield. After this, Flair appeared in a backstage segment with Team Hell No when Ron Simmons made a cameo.
This comes after cameos from The Boogeyman and The New Age Outlaws. Boogeyman appeared as Booker T was handing out the “Tell Me I Didn’t Just See That” Slammy to Kofi Kingston and the Outlaws handed out the “Comeback of the Year” Slammy to Jerry Lawler. Both Road Dogg and Billy Gunn are employed by WWE.
Flair has been trying to return to WWE since May with the ongoing litigation filed by TNA Wrestling blocking a contract from getting signed. He had told friends that if the litigation wasn’t settled soon, they would “get creative” to bring him back. While Flair hasn’t been under TNA contract since September, WWE has shied away from hiring anyone that worked for TNA while Brian Wittenstein was employed there.
Flair’s daughter, Ashley, is currently under a WWE developmental contract.
Tommy Dreamer returned to WWE for a 6-man tag team match on this week’s Raw, teaming with The Miz and Alberto Del Rio to face 3MB. Miz and Del Rio teamed with Brooklyn Brawler to face the trio at WWE TLC.
The idea at TLC was to use Brooklyn Brawler to generate a cheap pop for Miz and Del Rio given the show was in Brooklyn. The same thinking seems to be in order for this match with Raw in Philadelphia, the home of ECW.

Is Triple H's Career Over Following His Loss To Brock Lesnar?
It stands to reason following the beating he took at the hands of Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam that it would take a little bit of time for Triple H to bounce back, but he would, inevitably, bounce back. Like Paul Heyman said on Raw: The Game tore his quadriceps in the middle of a match and still managed to finish the contest in one of the more legendary feats of tenacity in WWE history. There’s no way that all the “Game Over” rhetoric being tossed around following Lesnar’s victory at the summer classic could really ring true, right?
Turns out, there might be some truth to the rumors this time around, as numerous locker room sources are saying that they believe The King of Kings might really be out of commission this time around. The insiders, who chose to mostly remain anonymous, told WWE.com that they felt the beating Lesnar handed Triple H was the most severe of the WWE COO’s illustrious career. They also said that having his right arm broken twice in the same spot only a few months apart would prove to be a debilitation The Game would be unable to return from at 100 percent.
One locker room source who openly divulged his feelings to WWE.com was The Game’s personal friend and former D-Generation X cohort, Road Dogg.
“Our whole wrestling careers I’ve known Triple H,” Road Dogg said. “I almost saw him broken last night, emotionally. I saw a tear in his eye when he told a child as he walked up the ramp ‘I’m sorry.’ ”
“His arm was literally broken in the same place that it was months ago,” Road Dogg continued. “I don’t know if you come back from an injury like that at his age. ‘The Perfect Storm’ may have just done it. I don’t know. I haven’t spoken to him yet.”
The WWE Universe also heard from Shawn Michaels via a satellite interview on Raw, where The Showstopper spoke of Triple H as though his best friend was done for good, and apologized for not having the confidence that The Game could topple Lesnar in a one-on-one fight.
Road Dogg also speculates that “Mr. WrestleMania’s” absence from the contest might also play a part and that losing the confidence of his best friend might be a cerebral blow the COO can’t shake off, either. “I think [HBK’s absence] took a toll on Hunter emotionally,” Road Dogg said. “I don’t know where he’s at, like I said I haven’t spoken to him yet.”
So, all ambiguity aside, what does Road Dogg think? Is it Game Over?
“I know that’s a cute little catchphrase, because it’s ‘Game Over,’ and he’s The Game,” the former New Age Outlaw said, but he was still unable to draw a conclusion. “As far as in-ring action, I just don’t know.”
Looking for a definitive answer, we attempted to ask Stephanie McMahon, Triple H’s wife and the Executive Vice President of Creative Development & Operations in WWE (which includes WWE.com), what she thought about her husband’s chances of returning to the ring. Her office politely declined to comment.
Reading between the lines, it seems like that might speak volumes more than any anonymous locker room source ever could.
