WWE-Ultimate Warrior Update

WWE will officially announce this week that The Ultimate Warrior will be featured in the WWE 2K14 video game that will be released this October, similar to how Brock Lesnar and Mike Tyson were big surprises in past game releases.

Warrior will be working with WWE and 2K Sports to promote the game and there will be some sort of official media unveiling for the gaming media this week in New York City.

Warrior has appeared in several WWE videogames over the last few years, but never in the primary WWE videogame franchise.

'WWE All Stars' Box Art Unveils Two Unbelievable Legends

It was just last week when we got to play WWE All Stars and see what this arcade fighter was bringing to the wrestling scene. Moves will be over the top versions of what we know, gameplay will move as breakneck speeds, and the roster will be packed with current Superstars and Legends that look like extreme action figures.

Well, thanks to today's WWE All Stars cover reveal, you can add a couple more names to that ever-expanding list of talent. Hulk Hogan and the Ultimate Warrior are in this game, and that's no small feat considering Hogan currently works for WWE competitor TNA and the Ultimate Warrior has a history of conflict with the WWE...More?

The Ultimate Warrior and Randy Savage Action Figures at SD Comic Con

Today at the San Diego Comic Con, Mattel announced that both the Ultimate Warrior and Randy Savage had been signed by the company to be part of their WWE Action Figures line.

The announcement that Savage would be part of the line got a huge ovation at the event. Of course, the "cold war" (other than last year's DVD release) between Savage and the WWE has gone on for years (for whatever reason), and this would be the first Savage action figure since the early 90's when WWE was working with Hasbro.

Given the demand over the years for Randy Savage action figures, this is a huge score for Mattel and shows how seriously they are taking the WWE line.

The Ultimate Warrior Hates on The Million Dollar Man

The Ultimate Warrior wrote a long, hateful blog aimed at Ted DiBiase over at UltimateWarrior.com:

"On the Self-Destruction DVD, no one showed more a face of hatred than you. There's one particular moment where it practically oozes off the screen. An yet, you claim to live by beliefs that allow for no hatred of any man...You make your living preaching this belief to others."

"What it all really boils down to is jealousy. Envy. I did better in the business than you, walked away from it on my own terms, with all my integrity intact...More?

They Shouldn't Be Alive

The Ultimate Warrior
Age: 48
Odds that he'll die before 2008: 20 to 1
Why he should be dead: For the better part of the late '90s, we actually thought the Warrior (his legal name since 1993) was dead. His disappearance from the ring sparked countless rumors of his demise, but the man once known as Jim "Justice" Hellwig is still alive and delivering rant-filled speeches to directionless college kids all over the country. The clip proves his brain is mostly dead, so his (probably) steroid-riddled body can't be far behind.
How he'll die: Years spent screaming at the top of his lungs and tying off his joints to make his veins pop result in an explosive brain aneurysm during one of The Warrior's tirades...

The have odds on other wrestlers including Jake "The Snake" Roberts and Ric Flair.
