Mr. Anderson Taking Responsibility for
Mr. Kennedy's Demise

From Ken Anderson's blog:

When "Mr. Kennedy" exploded on the scene in WWE, I was given the opportunity to do media interviews all over the world which can be EXTREMELY intoxicating. You're living out your dream, making serious money, finally achieving all your goals, and you're getting the chance to build on the already-intense fame by talking to the media.

"No comment" or "I do not recall" should have been in my vocabulary(Hey, it worked for Ollie North, right?) I admit that I just wasn't media savvy enough at the time to deal with all that comes with the responsibility of talking to the press. I said some very sophomoric things and that mistake was mine and mine alone, and I have learned from it.
That mistake set in motion a chain of events that allowed my detractors, both inside the company and outside, to jump all over me. I left myself open.

Vince McMahon didn't screw "Mr. Kennedy." WWE didn't screw "Mr. Kennedy." Ken Anderson screwed "Mr. Kennedy."

I promise you, it WON'T happen again.

Celebrity Guest Hosts in WWE

One fan's look at the WWE variety show called Raw:

WWE head honcho Vince McMahon has implemented numerous concepts over the years to garner rating for his programs, but none may be create more rating let you alone media buzz, then introducing celebrity guest hosts to run his flagship show Monday Night RAW.

This gimmick, according to sources, will yet to conclude, as McMahon received numerous phone calls from celebrities who want to serve as the boss of Monday Night Raw.

Who knows how long this storyline will continue, but being a fan of pro wrestling that I am, I can't wait for the upcoming weeks of RAW. The only thing I am concerned about, is that each host except for Shaq, Batista and Dibiase were promoting their upcoming shows, tours, or movies, I hope this gimmick doesn't turn the show that I've watched since it's inception back in 1994 into a Late Night Talk Show...More?

The New Shaq Attack: A Media Blitz

Shaquille O'Neal, marketing genius. Say you're a 37-year-old NBA star in the waning days of your basketball career. Do you gracefully fade into the background with your millions?

No way! Instead, you pull a brilliant publicity stunt by not getting into the White House. You get (what else?) a reality show next month, "Shaq Vs.," going one-on-one with athletes like Michael Phelps, Ben Roethlisberger and Serena Williams in their respective sports. ECW Results: Reks in Effect

On last Tuesday’s ECW on Syfy, Paul Burchill attacked newcomer Tyler Reks after the California native defeated him fairly in the ring. This underhanded assault was clearly still on Reks’ mind as he walked down the aisle for his rematch with The Ripper. Displaying an aggressive side that we have yet to see from the young competitor, Reks took Burchill from pillar to post and made him pay for his classless act. With another decisive victory over the Englishman, Reks has shown the WWE Universe that he’s not just some laidback surfer dude — he’s an intense Superstar worth watching. Full results.
