Former Vince McMahon Nemesis Seeking Protection, But Not From Vince
Stan Kroenke -- the billionaire behind the St. Louis Rams, the Denver Nuggets and Arsenal football (the English kind) -- says one of his employees stole a gun from him, tried to kill himself, and now he needs protection from the guy.
Kroenke obtained a temporary restraining order against Mark Waldo, his former property manager. According to the docs, Waldo took the weapon from Kroenke's mansion in the hills above Malibu last weekend ... and when police responded he made a failed attempt to shoot himself in the head.
Kroenke says police immediately placed Waldo -- a 6'2" 300 lb. man -- on a 5150 psychiatric hold.
The TRO requires Waldo to move out of the Kroenke home -- and to stay 100 yards away from Kroenke and his wife, Anne. By the way, she happens to be a Walmart heir.
A hearing on whether to extend the protection order is scheduled for December 14.

Chyna's Latest Crazy Claims
Chyna was interviewed in Stepping Out magazine about her move into the porn world. Over the course of the interview, she used wikipedia of all things as a source to state that WWE and TNA both "backed" the porn tape featuring Sean Waltman and herself. Uh, not quite. Then, she claimed she was part of the era that took the WWF from "50 high school folding chairs" to "ringing the opening bell of the stock market." While I'd never discount her importance to the era she worked in, she's not exactly tuned into reality FM with that comment. When asked about her deal with Vivid video, she stated another ex-boyfriend tried to force her into doing a tape with Vivid and after she broke up with him, Vivid reached out to her and they made a deal. She claimed to be healthy and of sound mind now and that she reached out to WWE asking them to cover the medical costs once she was through her process but never heard back. If you want to check it out and decide for yourself, click here.

Jerry Lawler Comments on the "Memphis Heat" DVD, Compares Memphis Booking to WWE Creative Process
WWE announcer Jerry Lawler talked in-depth about the must-watch "Memphis Heat" DVD in a recent NPR interview. Lawler also compared today's WWE Creative process to taking turns booking the Memphis territory with Jerry Jarrett. "For Monday Night Raw, WWE has a creative staff of about 16 or so writers who sit down and collaborate all week long what’s going to happen, who’s going to appear on the show and what they’re going to say. In other words, their job is to write the show, just like writers who write a movie or write a soap opera or sit-com. So they have a big staff of writers who write the entire show. They collaborate and have meetings and discuss things all week long, until we finally get to that final product on Monday night, and then the show goes on the air live. Jerry Jarrett and I used to take turns booking our Saturday morning Memphis TV show six months at a time," Lawler said. "It took me an hour-and-a-half to book an hour-and-a-half show, and somehow it always turn out good. I just could think of stuff spontaneously and put into action, and it always turned out pretty darn good.”
