The Brighthouse network in Florida has three more Florida Championship Wrestling TV shows to air so the new WWE NXT will begin airing there in HD on July 22nd. The new timeslot will be Sundays at 6pm with replays on Thursdays at 11pm. WWE told Brighthouse that while they decided against airing the new NXT online, they wanted to air it locally because FCW runs most of their shows in the Brighthouse viewing area. While Brighthouse is expecting to air the NXT show in a few weeks, they have not received the first tape yet.

More on Triple H's Conversation with Bruno Sammartino
It was reported earlier this week by The Wrestling Observer that Triple H had reached out to wrestling legend Bruno Sammartino, who has a troubled relationship with WWE and Vince McMahon, about being inducted into the 2013 Hall of Fame. Sammartino issued a statement later saying he was turning down WWE's invitation for the Hall. The Observer followed up and said Sammartino wasn't impressed by Triple H's approach on the phone. Sammartino issued another statement saying those reports were not true.
PWInsiderElite.com spoke with Sammartino this week about the reports. Sammartino discussed his talks with Triple H, his recent visit to Ring of Honor and more. Here are some highlights about his phone call with Triple H, thanks to Vinnie for passing along:
* Sammartino said Triple H was a gentleman, impressed him and they talked for a while. Triple H wanted to open communication because he was aware of the bad relationship between Vince and Bruno. Triple H figured Sammartino being inducted in the NY/NJ area would be good for the fans.
* Bruno mentioned that Triple H cited Madison Square Garden as a possible location for the ceremony.
* Bruno turned down the invite because he has issues with WWE and wouldn't feel right going into the Hall. Sammartino said he appreciated everything Triple H and WWE offered but in good conscious, he could not do it. Bruno brought up WWE not having a physical building for their Hall of Fame and the fact that they have non-wrestlers inducted.
* Regarding a future relationship with WWE, Bruno said there is no interest and as long as Vince McMahon is in the company, he doesn't think anything will happen between the two sides.
* Sammartino believes Triple H wants to do the right things for the business. Triple H told him that he respects the wrestling of yesteryear's and was trying to move away from some of the more racier stuff we've seen.

Jim Ross Comments on AJ Lee
“For my money AJ stole the show Monday night. Her crazy train, dementia riddled, girl next door persona is working. AJ makes Glenn Close’s character in ‘Fatal Attraction’ look like Paula Deen. When is the last time that a female garnered the closing shot on a Raw episode? AJ’s image was the last one we saw from the arena Monday night. I remember the RAW that Trish and Lita closed the show in a memorable bout. What else from the ladies has closed the show on RAW?”

WWE Files Motion to Dismiss TNA Lawsuit
WWE filed a motion on 6/28 with the Nashville Chancery Court requesting that TNA's lawsuit against them be dismissed.
WWE's argument requesting the dismissal noted:
*TNA's lawsuit did not feature any legitimate proof that WWE had attempted to entice contracted TNA talents, including the named Ric Flair, to come work for them and breach their TNA deals.
*That Flair, who was described as a signed TNA talent in the lawsuit, had actually been terminated by TNA prior to the lawsuit being filed.
*TNA's allegation that WWE had misappropriated their trade secrets falls under the scope of TN's Uniform Trade Acts Secret (TUTSA)and that TNA has "failed to state claims upon which relief must be granted" in their lawsuit. Since TNA's only claim of unfair competition is based on the allegation that WWE received material from Brian Wittenstein to allegedly coerce their wrestlers to come to WWE, it would fai to qualify to go further as a lawsuit under TUTSA.
*The same TUTSA requirements would prevent TNA's conspiracy claim against WWE.
*TNA's claim of conversion, under TUTSA would require that physical property alleged to have been stolen derives its value from the trade secrets it contains. Since the only physical property were spreadsheets and files Brian Wittenstein allegedly took when he left his employment at TNA, the actual property has no value and would be tossed out under TUTSA.
*TUTSA would prevent TNA's claim of torturous interference for WWE allegedly going after Ric Flair as TNA would need to prove an existing business relationship between Flair and TNA, prove that WWE moved forward despite that knowledge and that they intended to get Flair to breach his deal.
WWE requested that all of the allegations against them be dismissed noting, "it is not only appropriate as a matter of law but will simplify matters for discovery and trial."

Nashville Court Extends TNA vs. WWE Legal Proceedings Today
The Nashville Chancery Court extended the TNA vs. WWE legal proceedings on Tuesday. The court granted WWE's motion to "alter, amend, and clarify" the order on June 8 that called for TNA's temporary restraining order against to be dissolved. The TRO was previously to be kept in effect until July 12.
The court also set a hearing on July 13 at 9:00 a.m. to hear WWE's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings after WWE filed paperwork on June 28 requesting a judgment in the suit. Also of note is both sides have filed a lot of documents on this matter, which means big legal fees.

Triple H Said To Be Behind Sammartino's HOF Induction
Bruno Sammartino has been contacted by WWE concerning a possible induction into next year's Hall of Fame. Sammartino has issued a public statement turning down the offer.
The Wrestling Observer is now reporting that Triple H was the one who contacted Bruno about the possible induction, and attempted to convince the legendary wrestler to accept the WWE offer.
Triple H reportedly urged Sammartino to look past the bad blood between him and Vince McMahon, and use the Hall of Fame induction as way to acknowledge his legacy and educate younger viewers on his legendary career.
Sal Corrente, who represents Bruno Sammartino, sent the following statement as a follow up to Sammartino's decision to turn down his WWE Hall of Fame induction invitation:
"It has come to our attention that someone has claimed that Bruno was unimpressed with Triple H. That is an absolutely false statement Bruno had no issue what so ever with Triple H. He liked Triple H and enjoyed their conversation but for reasons personal to Bruno he has decided not to accept the induction in NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM IS THE REFUSAL A REFLECTION ON TRIPLE H or his presentation or conversations with Bruno."
