As the two outspoken athletes traded barbs, Raw’s anonymous General Manager interrupted to reveal the stipulation Miz must compete in, as determined by the Raw Roulette Wheel: A Submission Match. Much to Miz’s chagrin, the GM then allowed Ochocinco to choose Mr. Money in the Bank’s opponent.
