The move to MyNetworkTV has brought down viewership for "Smackdown," however, and will affect the revenue the show generates from ads for WWE. Show had been averaging a 2.5 rating this year on the CW.
But WWE execs aren't worried.

Stone Cold Steve Austin shooting new movie
Insight Film announced action movie star and wrestling legend, Steve Austin is starring in the company’s latest action film, “Damage.” Directed by Jeff King (“Ruslan”, “Kill Switch”) and written by Frank Hannah (“Cooler”), Steve Austin takes on the role of John Brickner, a recently paroled ex con, forced into the illegal world of underground fights.
“Damage” is currently prepping in Vancouver, with principal photography set for October 17th. Kirk Shaw (Insight Film Studios) and Jack and Joe Nasser (Nasser Entertainment Group) will produce, with Insight Film Releasing handling the World Wide Distribution.

Former WWE pro wrestler Bobby Lashley joins ATT
Former WWE pro wrestler Bobby Lashley has joined the American Top Team.
Lashley, 32, carries with him a strong base in amateur wrestling. The Kansas-born big man won three national amateur wrestling championships while attending Missouri Valley College from 1995-1998. He is also a former National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) wrestling champion.
Lashley joins a camp that includes UFC competitors Thiago Alves, Thiago Silva, Wilson Gouveia, Cole Miller and Ben Saunders. Lashley signed in June to compete for the upstart American Fight League.
